Never experienced such a worse service. It won't be a surprise if they will take 7 days to deliver parcel from Richmond to New Westminster. Not even ones, they have delivered a parcel on time.

Worst costumer service ever.I went to this location last night to check what time they open tomorrow Feb 17th . On the information sheet it says 9:00am . I went there 10 Mins earlier waited until 9:05 am , no one shows up . Asked for help , a guy says ,oh they got it wrong , it opens at 10:00am . And he didn't apologize for the mistake. Keep saying she got it wrong " "they got it wrong " I don't care

Terrible experience. Yes it's the busiest time of the year, totally understandable having to wait 30 minutes to mail my envelope. I even stood up for the women behind the counter when people started getting uncomfortably and verbally impatient. Then, my turn and they tell me they cannot mail my envelope....the system doesn't recognize the postal code. It's a business in a major city in Alberta. They then tell me to try another post office?! A lady in line speaks up and offers, 'You guys have done this to me before', and instructs me to try the location at Columbia Square. I do and with much success. No line, lady helps me immediately, no issues finding the postal code location and offers me shipping options galore. I almost cried when I waited that long and was told, first, it can't be shipped and second, to go somewhere else. Yuck.

I paid for xpresspost to deliver my docs to Ontario, it was expected to deliver within 2 days but it took 7 days. I was really worried as I was unable to track my parcel. Later when the docs were delivered back to my house they were all wet. They didn’t even bother to close the lid of the mail box. Really disappointed with their service.

Terrible customer service. Waited for the clerk to finish a long personal conversation (10 mins) before she assisted me.

Worst costumer service ever! The package that was supposed to be delivered to my address went there. I went to PO and asked the staff to check the tracking number and they didn't even bother to check! Told me to go to Purolator! I even told them twice that the web page says package is at New West Station PO. After one day of searching for my package went there again and the *same lady* told me it's there!The staff are rude! No apologies yet they treat you like you owe them something.

Never there even during their reduced work hours which they don't bother to tell you about on the slip. Have to chase someone from Shoppers to track down a post office employee every time I've been there this year.

James was extremely helpful and pleasant in helping us mail our international package. Enjoyed our time with him! Keep up the good work.

Delivery guy just put paper on the door and did not bother to buzz. Is this really a time to be making people line up in a small pharmacy for a package I paid to have delivered? On top of all this the counter people take off 5 mins early and don't answer calls. Excellent customer service I say.

Just changed my address and this is a very poorly run location. No one is ever at the post desk, and depending who you get you are given different information like a passport isn't valid ID because your address is not on it?
