To be honest, it would be last time buying vape from here. Elfbara are FAKE. They finish within 2 days and i am not frequent user. The other one I bought from other places last for 7-9 days but here no. Also they smell like alcohol inside.Avoid this place at all costs

They sold me two vapes and neither of them had the nicotine sticker from the government on them? Kinda sketchy. They might be fakes?ETA: this vape is definitely fake. It started leaking, cracking, and overheating in my bag when i hadnt even used it. SUPER sketchy

I made a purchase online over 2 weeks ago and paid for shipping but never received any item I tried to contact them via email but never received any response. I called the shop 2 days ago and the staff told me it’ll be shipped in 2 days and I have not receive the item! I called them again today and they were telling me it’ll be shipped in a few days at this point it’s ridiculous! He even said he’d bring it to me himself today by 11 pm! As I said I have a trip to go tomorrow but it’s 11:45 and nothing!

the guy who served me was pretty nice, but they sold me an iqte, which was supposed to be 5000 puffs, i was late for an exam so i bought it and it was hitting fine until after the exam, it started tasting extremely burnt and as if there was no more juice left although the packaging says about 13.5ml of juice. i maybe hit it for 10 mins before my exam because my school is down the street. the iqtes are cheaper so i didn't expect them to last the full 5000 that it said but for it to get burnt after only about 10 mins of use is insane. there has to be some sort of exchange i can do as i only bought it yesterday, i live in brampton tho but would be more than happy to ship back this vape for a different brand. have had iqte before and it hadn't burnt this quickly ever. if you guys see this i'd appreciate an email back arranging a return rather than a public apology with no follow up. thanks

went in this morning to buy a vape, got home and hit it and it’s entirely dead, no charge and won’t charge, very disappointed edit: does anyone know if they offer exchanges for this kind of thing? i was not given or offered a receipt
