Prompt, friendly and safe service too.My water pressure had been dropping significantly and I wasn’t sure why; being on a well, not city water, the risk of having no water was a worrying thing, especially these days of social distancing. Jeremy arrived as promised, safely in gloves and mask; he quickly assessed the situation, explained and fixed the issues; now my water pressure is even better than before! Such peace of mind, that I will be able to call for his reliable and affordable service whenever needed.

Asked for a quote on replacing a well pump… Jeremy was quick with the quote.. reasonable .. honest .. very reliable.. had a couple more questions they were answered in record time.. also changed the pressure tank.. everything ran smoothly ….. would definitely recommend Priority Pump Services.

Friday the13th 2023 my Goulds submersible well pump gave up the ghost. This meant that I had no water and no heat from our Geothermal Furnace. Called 5 pump services but no one was available. I was lucky that one service recommended Priority Pump. Called and Jeramie was just finishing off from another job and arrived about 45 minutes later. He checked out the system and replaced the control module which was fried and leaking. He then diagnosed that it was definitely the pump. We then got his tools and headed for the well through the 25 cm of snow that had fallen, he then pulled up 80 feet of line and hose connected to the pump. He hooked up a Goulds 3/4 HP 15 GPM pump (replacing the exact same pump that I have had since October 2007.) This was a great ending to a cold day. Jeramie was polite, knowledgeable and a fantastic one man operation. I would reccomend him to anyone requiring his services.

Had our pump replaced and upgraded and rellace well components. New system is awesome and a huge improvement over the aging installation we had. Service was quick got everything done in a week from first contact. All professionally done. Great work! Highly recommend.

I called Jeremy at 7am on Saturday when my well pump stopped working. I had no water at all in the house since Thursday and could not find anyone to come. Jeremy answered right away and came soon after. He fixed it in 10 minutes. Very reasonable price. I am very thankful and highly recommend him!!-Nancy

Excellent service. We were very lucky. We woke up without water, our friends recommended we contact Jeremy. Fortunately he was able to come very quickly and replace the faulty parts. We had our water back on by the afternoon.

Called on a Friday night at 4:45pm after our well pump died. On site within 30 minutes, job finished two hours later. Jeremy walked me through the process, and didn't mind me watching from afar. Quick, solid work, at a price I thought was more than fair. Great work, and we were without a well pump for less than six hours. Super, super happy.
