Ambreen was absolutely amazing! She was very quick and efficient, which does wonders in a wax appointment.

There was a punjabi girl working at the store, she was by herself. I went with really thick beautiful eyebrows that needed a bit of shaping. I specifically asked not to make them thin, avoid overplucking. She made them terribly thin, as thin as she could do. How does someone mess up that. Even a eyebrow tint couldn’t fix the damage. I walked out of store with eyebrows looking like two thin lines drawn with a pen and paying $55

We got brow threading done by Jashandeep and it was a great experience!! She has very light hands it was an almost painless procedure :)

you couldn’t pay me to come here. I booked an appointment 4 days ago for a lash lift and tint, called twice to confirm my appointment and provided my name and phone number. I show up to my appointment and the girl there looks confused and i tell her i have an appointment and she tells me to take a seat, i wait 20+ minutes for her to finish with her customer for her to then be on the phone for another 10 minutes to then come up and tell me they didn’t receive the shipment for the lash lift… i asked her why she didn’t call to let me know so i don’t waste my time coming here, she states “i forgot” and she begins to smile and laugh. She was extremely unprofessional and didn’t offer any alternative, i will never come here, i will never recommend this place, thanks for the unprofessional service simran !

Went two days ago to get my eyebrows cleaned up with threading, and do a full face threading. Left literally crying — one of my eyebrows was threaded too heavily, leaving a small bald spot and a really thin end of my brow. Also, I got cuts all over my face following the threading, which are tender to the touch. I hope it doesn’t cause permanent scarring. Don’t come here — maybe this is a one time thing with the specific employee who did this, but you’re better off somewhere else. Worst service ever.

So this was my first time getting a lash lift and tint from anywhere, and I do not recommend from this place. When I first went I was coming straight from work so I had a bit of mascara on which I told the lady I’d have to take off. She says she will do it for me and lightly brushes my eyes with makeup remover and proceeds to start the process. I immediately get up because I can tell there’s still mascara on my eyes and sure enough there was. But I took it as an honest mistake and let her continue after I washed my mascara off. Fast forward to the end when she gives me a mirror, the bottom of my eye lid where my lashes start on one eye is covered in the black dye. I asked her if she could take it off and she said okay and scrubbed my eye with water. Not to mention on the other eye, the inner corner of my top and bottom lashes were glued together. Anyway, after scrubbing she doesn’t get it all off but at this point I just wanted to leave. She then begins to tell me to avoid all water near my eye for 24 hours even though she was just scrubbing my eye with water 1 minute ago. So now one eye is completely normal and the other is a bit lifted but definitely not 70 dollars worth. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.

To be frank I was very nervous going to a new place to get my eyebrows threaded but the girls were getting desperate lol. I decided to come here as I have walked past it in the mall multiple times and my options were limited. Thanks to Ambreen my eyebrows were nicely shaped! She listened to all my concerns and when I pointed out things I wanted fixed (less arch or a sharper end) she was quick to fix it and show me again for my approval. My mom also got her eyebrows waxed, threaded and dyed with henna and they've never looked better! Very happy with the service and the price was just right, I keep looking at my brows in aw! Thank you again Ambreen for your help and you'll definitely be seeing my mom and I again.
