We received first class service from Lise Tremblay and couldn't be happier with our orthotics. The assessment, service and final product were excellent and thorough. My wife and I would highly recommend Lise to anyone looking for custom orthotics.

Ottawa Custom Orthotics has been very helpful with correcting my plantar fasciitis. They are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them for anyone needing new orthotics or requiring any other support with your feet problems!

This is an initial review. I have not yet been fitted or purchased orthotics.Went for a consultation after an injury to my foot. The injury happened 3 weeks ago and was still healing but I wanted to make sure I did everything possible to let it heal properly. Lise provided honest feedback on potential long-term problems (eg. plantar fasciitis) and how orthotics can mitigate the problem. She did not pressure me into getting orthotics at this time and suggested a short-term solution of a pad and special tape to help stabilize the plantar fascia and keep pressure off the wound area. She applied the cushion/tape and provided some more to take with me to replace it when it falls off.To my surprise when I got to the front desk the assistant (I believe Gaetan) mentioned it was complimentary. I knew the assessment was complimentary however Lise went above and beyond an assessment with no guarantee, I would ever be a paying customer. This is exceptional customer service and serves to prove that they actually care about the customer vs trying to make as much money as they can.I will be letting my injury heal for another couple of weeks. If the pain and immobility are still present, I will most definitely return to this location to proceed with orthotics.

Leon is amazing! Years ago I was told that I would not walk at age 50. After my first set of orthotics from Leon about 25 years ago, I felt immediate relief. Later I went back to see him only to discover he no longer worked there. Unknown to me at the time, he had ventured out into his own business. I went elsewhere at 2 different places for new orthotics but nothing compared to Leon's product. Eventually I discovered he opened the location at the Towngate plaza. My feet were very happy. I have been dealing with Hunt Club/Ottawa Custom Orthotics for many years and am totally satisfied. He is a very caring person and a pleasure to do business with. When Leon is watching me walk, my feet get away with nothing. He sees everything and knows the best solution to correct a much as possible. He is honest and will NOT sell me shoes I do not need or that are not good for my feet. I highly recommend Ottawa Custom Orthotics' to everyone.

I am extremely pleased with the knowledge and services of Mr. Leon Kozliner who is one of the best pedorthist in Ottawa.He is very good in taking care of the my foot that had a lot of pain about 17 years ago. He makes nice orthotics. I bought several pairs of orthotics. Now I wear it everyday without pain. I am very happy with it and totally satisfied. He sees everything and knows the best solution to correct a much as possible. He is honest and will not sell me the shoes that are not good for my feet.He is a very caring person and a pleasure to do business with. This was my first experience with orthotics. The entire process from start to finish was efficient and professional. The Pedorthist is extremely helpful; so knowledgeable and informative. She took the time needed to answer all of my questions and chose shoes appropriate for my needs. Following a full assessment, she gave me several exercises to try to help relieve some of my symptoms. Follow ups are completed in a timely manner. The gentleman managing the front end is the most courteous and friendly- makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I have been wearing my orthotics now for one month; no issues to report whatsoever and I feel a noticeable difference- less pain and ache in my feet and ankles. Overall, great experience!! I highly recommend Ottawa Custom Orthotics.

I've had custom orthotics made by 2 vendors so far. While both are good, I definitely find Leon's *very* good. Not only does material provide some shock absorbancy, but the top skin is stable and well bake" onto the orthotics. Not all orthotics are like this. Granted

I went hoping I would be told I wouldn't need orthotics, but after an enlightening discussion with Lise, realised I truly needed them. She explained how they would help me correct my posture and alleviate the pain I was feeling in various parts of my feet as well as my lower back. Lise did not pressure me, instead she educated me so I could make my own decision. Now I can look forward to my walks again, and avoid damaging my feet further. I would recommend her services.

I had a pair of orthotics made by Leon recently. I have to say the service is outstanding. Leon knows everything there is to know about foot problems and how to treat foot conditions with the correct orthotics. I came to Leon's office as my husband recommended him (my husband has been Leon's customer for years), but before, I had two pairs of orthotics made by other professionals and the service Leon provided was way better than my previous experiences.I already recommended Leon to my friend and she is very happy with the orthotics Leon has made. I would recommend him to anyone who needs custom orthotics.
