John and his staff are friendly and talented. I’ve purchased watch batteries with warranties and no hassles. I also have had rings and necklaces repaired. And once they replaced my batteries for my car remote. Quality service that is done quickly and reasonably priced.

I needed some links taken out of a watch band. Most places wouldn't answer the phone and Dahlkempers wanted to keep it overnight. No thanks. I came here on a whim and they had my watch done quicker than two shakes of a lamb's tail. They also gave me a little bag for the extra links, and they were very pleasant. I will definitely be coming back!
