Just looked this place up again to check their opening times. Surprised to see negative reviews. Been in a few times since I moved here from Scotland a month ago. Been carded once but never thought to be offended (that’s their job no?) and they recommended a cracking IPA which has become a favourite. Good service

Great service, wonderful staff, always pleasant. But the early closings on weekends is not good. Its almost 2020. Why are we still dictating alcohol sales for religious purposes still? Did we not stop that in the late 80's,early 90's? I see so many people pulling up in front of the store when its just after 5 pm on a Sunday and people are perplexed at these weekend hours.

Went to this beer store to purchase a few cases of beer. Every beer we tried to order they were out of. We saw a sign advertising the Muskoka Summer Sampler, so we decided to order that. They brought us out the Muskoka Winter Sampler and when we asked for the correct beers, they said that's all they had. Since we had already paid we decided to just go with it. We went home, drank a few and decided to read the box again. The expiry date had already passed 2 months ago. It's just disappointing to have paid top dollar for old stale beer.

Awful service? Rude Employees. Do not know what they have in store or on sale. Closed the store without even giving a warning to person about to enter store waiting in line for 20 mins. If I could give the a big fat ZERO I would have done it!

All the bad comments about rude employees is true this is the worst beer store ever should fire those rude employees and give the job to someone who is happy to be there.

I felt discriminated there. The clerk didn't I.D the two guys in front of me, they clearly looked a lot younger then me. I get to the cash and I got carded. I have a beard and I have light dark skin, I was a little offended lol..

It is about time I should had left a review of this place (way back...).A lot of what people are saying about this place is TRUE! Terrible service. Very rude and unfriendly staff. There was particular lady clerk who reprimanded me even though I was sorting out my empty cans and bottled nicely for her. And to top it up this SOB customer behind was right-on-me because I was making a fuzz. Toxic environment!!! Would not recommend visiting this location, EVER!

There are two or three nice people at this location but everyone else are all jagoffs. Rude and unfriendly. Worst location in the city and it's not even close.Edited:The location has improved tremendously since my last review. I have changed my rating from 1 STAR to 4 STAR'S. I am very happy someone some persons to our criticism seriously and made wonderful changes.
