Sharon at the front cash had by far THE BEST customer service I’ve ever received from Tim Hortons. She was informative, clear and very professional/friendly. This lady deserves a raise! She blew me away with how great she was. If only everyone was like her the experience everywhere would be much more tolerable. I don’t come to Renfrew often, but Thanks for making my day brighter!!!

Welcome to Tim Hortons where you never get what you ask for.. your order is a mystery. It's like you make an order to give them an idea of what you want and then they just give you the same number of similar items and you win" if you end up getting what you ordered!!Otherwise.. good luck.. you get what you get.P.s. don't trust the coffee or tea to be closed properly.. I wore a whole green tea black.. all over my d**k.. and no one cared or wanted to do anything about it.Both Tim Hortons in Renfrew are very poorly run"

This location is exceptionally disappointing in my experience.Every time I stop their espresso machine is not working or they don’t have any steeped tea.Routinely backed up and can’t keep up with orders. Multiple times have been handed coffee or tea made incorrectly. Customer service skills are lacking.Would rather pay extra to get the same drink elsewhere and not be disappointed routinely.

TH is balancing its business between in-store and drive-through. D-T is more profitable so in-store suffers. The lack of open order desks causes people to line up; OK fine, but there is no defined 'tunnel' for the line in an already crowded space. The order-pickup system is orderly but I wonder why the in-store order takes longer than waiting in the car. All told eating in-store makes me feel like a chicklet in a board game!
