I have had an appointment and found the staff very friendly and professional. I was very comfortable with them. I have to purchase their hearing aids as the test results were evident. I will be picking up my product next week so will keep you posted how things go after that. As of now, I have now complaints.

I do not require Hearing Aids just yet , but my Mother does. I searched online when I suspected my Mother's hearing loss...and got her an appointment to be Tested. Everything was what I expected it to be. The Staff here very professional and friendly right from the Receptionist to the Hearing Specialist. I have to take Mom back again soon for another hearing examination. They also help take a lot hassle out of the guesswork and paperwork to acquire your hearing aids. I actually love to go there for a visit with Mom! Best Team Ever!!!

Very bad customer service, beware they will take your money and after that they will kick you out.The staff needs a lot of training ,The staff were not professionals, and not friendly, do not believe what they say on the policy or guarantee sign,even if you call the head office ,they won't care about your problem.So don't waste your money and your time, it's a fake business. This is my experience.
