Milton Medicare Clinic (NO WALK INS EXCEPT FHG REGISTERED PATIENTS)

I've been coming to this clinic for years...but, over the last 5 years it's gone DOWNHILL FAST.The staff and doctors aren't as good as they used to be. The front desk staff seems more interested in social time then work time!

Doctors have excellent bedside manners and are very approachable. Wait times are usually very long even with an appointment. Reception is very polite, however it is difficult to get through as they have so many calls. Overall a fantastic experience.

They have the best doctors in Ontario from what i have researched. Staff has always been very friendly to me. I've been coming here for almost seven years and they have bent over backwards for us more than a few times! Every other walkin clinic is allowing walk ins. Suddenly, this location claims they are appointments only, and NO walkins. You have to have your doctor at this location as well. Unbelievable. Would not recommend this location.

I brought my daughter here because she had an ear infection, sore throat(because of ear infection) stiff neck and was off balance. She had suffered an outer ear infection two weeks prior. I was refused access to the doctor because a few of my daughter’s symptoms were covid symptoms. They offered me to go home and book a phone consultation! Do we live in Canada? Since when does a medical facility refuse medical treatment? Last time I checked, a doctor can’t take a swab of a throat over the phone nor can they look in the ear of the patient over the phone and check vitals!!!!Almost all symptoms of infections sound like covid! It’s a flu! Shouldn’t they be more worried about actual fatal diseases!? Public health states now that you can still go to work if testing positive for covid! This is neglectful and lazy behaviour! There was no one in there probably because every illness is considered covid!

Disorganized office ! Everyone is confused here . Be prepared to wait 2 + hours to see a doctor . They don't even turn on the ac on a hot summer day to save money . And when talking to the lady at the front desk she's on the phone looking at shoes and purses doesn't pay attention to you . She is very rude I've seen her so many times arguing with clients. Where do they find these people ?

Dr. K is our family Doctor and has taken very good care of us for many years. Rocina in the front desk is very friendly and helpful, treats everyone as if she owned the business. I strongly recommend this office.

Dr. Beena Mathew is an excellent family doctor. She takes her time with patients and will follow up to address any further concerns / to see how the patient is doing. She is also my son's doctor and I couldn't be more grateful for that. The clinic is also quick at scheduling urgent appointments and addressing any questions.

Worst run clinic around. Made an appointment few months back, showed up to find out I was one of many booked for the same time slot, but that the walk in Dr. did not show. Now I want to setup an apptmt for my son with HIS family Dr. Left 2 messages in 3 days, week later still no call back. This morning the voicemail is full and I am unable to leave a 3rd message asking for callback. I think it is time to find another family Dr. So unprofessional.

I have about 8 years in Canada Dr.Mustafa Kamouna is a great doctor.He likes to help people.He helped me a lot with my kids .I strongly recommend him.Hanan
