Joel was more then awesome! Not only did he do an amazing job but he also took the time with my questions about items in the house that I knew nothing about. The book provided is also a fantastic help and it will be kept for future reference. I would hire him again without any hesitation and recommend to others that need a home inspection. The money for his time and service was well spent!

Joel was referred to me for the purpose of a home inspection as a condition of a house purchase.As I live out of town I accepted the referral. I am so glad that I did.Joel was punctual, polite and well versed on all aspects of the home inspection process. He took several hours with us explaining all of his findings. I received the full report including many explanatory photographs within 2 days.Joel's findings will guide me as to whether I proceed with the purchase and if so, he has provided me with guidance as to jobs that are immediate and those that are future considerations.I highly refer Joel and his team from Housemasters.

We want to express our gratefulness to Joel for an excellent job inspecting the property we were looking to purchase. He responded right away and was able to fit in to our tight timeline. Joel's insights and expertise were gratefully received and definitely appreciated. Joel's inspection report helped us make an informed decision. He was thorough, detailed, extremely knowledgeable and not afraid to get dirty and inspect a very small crawlspace. He has extensive knowledge inspecting Century homes which was a bonus for us! Even though we decided not to go ahead with the purchase, we would definitely use Joel's services again. He was a pleasure to work with!!
