Hello,I had a horrific experience with JenQ Photography. We asked to do newborn pictures for our 1-month-old daughter.Issues we experienced:- We were expecting a normal photography studio, instead it was a regular home with no studio space at all. Very dirty environment and there was no room to even sit or stand anywhere. The couch had a huge burned-out hole in it as well.- The house was extremely dirty and there were two cats with cat hair everywhere. We were not told that there are cats to which the person asked if we had any allergies, if so, she can give us Benadryl.- My daughter was 1 month old at that time and all of the newborn props (body wraps and hand bands) were filthy, dirty spots on them and cat hair and just seemed like they were never washed. This is a serious health issue, especially when you are bringing very tiny immunocompromised babies.- Services were so unprofessional too – we waited for over a month for our photos! Every time there was some sort of issue from her end – not being able to find our account to send pictures, or that she had other things to work on. Also, she kept giving us different directions every time – we would send in the pictures that we liked with the #s per her email instructions, however she would say it’s wrong and ask to create a favorites folder, which we did… then she would come back and say she cannot find our account… so on and so forth … and this was not a quick email correspondence.. This happened over a few weeks. Until finally, a month later we got the pictures.- Pictures were almost all blurry – to which she responded that this was “natural light” photography. There was no proper lighting at her house at all! You cannot call that a studio"!- We paid close to $500 for 9 pictures! Some we could not even select since you can see the dirt on the baby wraps and most were blurry.- This wasted our time and $ and if we knew pictures were going to be this bad

I had chosen to use Jen for maternity photos based solely on Google reviews and her pricing. Within minutes of our session, I was so happy with my decision. Getting pictures taken is not something my husband and I look forward to; Jen made us feel so comfortable and relaxed carrying on great conversation and laughs that we forgot she was even snapping away. We had such a great experience and the pictures were exactly what we were wanting so there was no question who would be doing our future baby's newborn session as well.

Jen is absolutely awesome. Not only are her pictures incredible but she is a joy to work with. There's something to be said about having a photographer that you are comfortable with and Jen is definitely that person. From our engagement pictures to our wedding day she made my husband and I feel so comfortable and everything felt effortless. She truly is an artist and can get some really fun artistic shots, while also sticking with some classic ones as well. I recommend her to anyone who's getting married. She is absolutely phenomenal

We just wrapped our 3rd photo shoot with Jen (maternity, newborn and 1-year/family photos) and I just want to share what a pleasure it was to work with her again! For a couple who isn't the most at ease in front of the camera, and then throw in an excitable dog and baby - having family photos taken can be somewhat of a stressful thing. She is truly so gifted and has the warmest and most welcoming personality with an uncanny ability to read her clients to help guide the session in a positive direction. Thank you Jen for yet again capturing such important moments in our lives and making the experience so enjoyable as well!

Jen is an amazing photographer for families! She is able to capture the moment so well and really connects with kids to get them to cooperate. My kids love the photo sessions with Jen!She has also helped me with taking product shots with a model for my business websites. Her knowledge in photography, cooperation and strive to get the best shot has made my job of getting the product photos uploaded with minimal editing so easy.

My husband and I used JenQ for our wedding and engagement photos and she was AMAZING; So easy to work with, fun, and very flexiable. We've only seen previews of our wedding photos so far, but we love them all! JenQ will definitely have our future business when it comes to family and baby photos (one day!). Thanks Jen!!!
