Enterprise Rent-A-Car

On Friday, February 3, 2023 my mother had to get her car towed from our house, so she had no car. So she called at 2:15pm tried to get information on if she could have someone come pick her to sign and do the information to loan a car, a guy said he would come to our house, got the confirmation email and all. She waited 3 hours, waiting for him to show up. He never showed up. Upon calling they were closed for the weekend!

Watch out for the toll Scam. They charged us for their driver going on the interstate. My wife returned the vehicle at 4:00pm but they marked it down as 5:00pm and are charging us for the toll and fees. The driver went a route that was 2 miles longer to go the interstate. Also one of the drivers that picked her up was going well over the speed limit and endangering everyone on the road.We will never use enterprise again.

We had a fantastic experience here. Vincent specifically was absolutely amazing, he was very knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive right from the start. We had no issues with the vehicle and then Vincent and Daniel were great when I dropped it off as well. Would definitely book with again!

The 2 employees we worked with over the phone and in person to rent a car were very nice and helpful.

They don’t have very many options for cars to choose from. Also the rental car I recently was put in was not very clean at all. It was one of the most dirty cars I have rented ina while. Not very satisfied with the rental car experience with enterprise lately

I was in an accident a few days ago which totaled my car. Insurance, due to the location, scheduled me a tentative rental at the Waterville location for the following Thursday. I called the Augusta location to see if they had a sooner rental available. They said that they had Wednesday available and could transfer my appointment. I had someone drive me nearly an hour to the Augusta location this morning. They transferred the appointment, but they did not change the date, which was obviously the whole point of the transfer as Waterville is closer in the first place, and informed me they no longer have anything available. I called the Waterville location, and of course they no longer have Thursday available (none of this is Waterville's fault, they didn't make the initial mistake, their availability understandably changed in the meantime) I am now without a car until Friday and unable to work in the meantime, and wasted about two hours of my friend's time for nothing.

Experienced AMAZING service from the Augusta Me location. Every employee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. Our rental required a “special “ vehicle that was comfortable for our 15hr each way trip, & would seat 8 passengers. Billy Lentz went over & above to help insure that this vehicle was available at this location. His assistance was very much appreciated!!I would highly recommend this team/ location for your rental needs. Thank you everyone for helping to make our family vacation awesome.

Amazing customer service! Gage was the representative that assisted me. He was polite, courteous, and extremely competent. He made sure all my questions and needs were answered and satisfactory.His business acumen and professionalism are a great asset to his company. I will stick with Enterprise because of this experience.

Vince was very helpful and personable. He was outstanding. Josh checked in the car and gave me a call back after I dropped it off. Again very personable

The customer service was excellent and the vehicle itself was wonderful in many ways. But the cruise control was not working. That was a huge disappointment for a 20 plus hour drive, each way, and contributed to driving fatigue immensely. Had I known that at pick up, I would have refused the vehicle.We will remain frequent and loyal Enterprise customers, but I would have liked to been offered some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.
