Richelle is amazing at what she does! Her love and compassion for animals was evident as she was grooming (clipping) my cat, which was no easy task! It was obvious that, to her, the animals' well being should come first. I love that she comes to your home for grooming so your pet is in familiar surroundings - especially important for a cat.Richelle's prices are more than fair for the service she provides, and she and her equipment are clean and professional.

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! We went away for our first vacation leaving two cats at home and I am so happy that we chose Richelle! We felt confident and at ease the whole time we were gone. Richelle stayed in touch and went above and beyond to ensure that our kitties and our home were in good hands. Will definitely use her services again.

Richelle is great with our animals. I feel fully comfortable leaving them in her care. She sends us pictures while we're away and even notices when windows have been left open (and locks them up for us). We're so glad we found her!

Not only do Gail and I love Pet Au Pair, but Dixie and Tadd are crazy for Richelle. Lots of love and kitty massages!! Richelle is so trustworthy, punctual, dependable and available we go away always knowing that no one would take care of our two special furry kids better than Richelle. There have been vacations where we have decided to stay an extra few days and it never seems to be a problem for Richelle, she is always so accommodating and just a simple text message away. Another treat is the daily record keeping of activities in their own binder and daily text and pictures sent to Gail and I keeping us informed of how Dixie and Tadd were doing. Our family went away for a week, and had to leave our adorable 3 cats alone....we were so worried at first but Richelle put us completely at ease. She emailed us everyday (and left a daily report on each cat ) with how each of them were doing and also sent pictures of the cats. It was a huge relief for us to have Richelle taking care of our cats. She also brought her fabulous healthy cat treats, her own laser and toys to play with the cats. Believe me - the cats were never played with so much! It was clear to us how much they loved her when we finally returned.....they ran to the door, saw it wasn't Richelle and turned back around....unbelievable! We trust Richelle to take care of our cats on weekends away and on our yearly cottage week away. Also, Richelle opened and closed our blinds in the morning and at night (which made us feel safe), changed litter boxes, and gave the cats fresh food and water on a daily basis. Richelle is extremely professional, handles animals with ease, and is very positive and enthusiastic! Our family highly recommends her services....you will not be disappointed!

Richelle's care for our beagle is wonderful. She gives the same loving care to our pet as we do. She is caring, reliable, flexible and extremely attentive. When I explained that our dog refuses to walk in the rain, Richelle brought a rain coat and made sure that he got his walk in!! The activity report cards and emails are a comfort knowing our pet is so well attended in our absence. Thank you Richelle.

We are so happy we found Richelle to help us with our pets when we can't be there!! Her attention to detail really impresses me and makes me feel very comfortable leaving our pets and home in her care. Richelle is fantastic. From the moment we met her we felt comfortable having her in our home. She made an instant connection with our boys, and sees that they all have individual personalities and preferences. She pays attention to the finer details of pet care, as well as thoroughly checking the house to ensure nothing is out of the ordinary. Our boys run to the door when Richelle comes for her daily visit with them. She takes the time to give them the attention they crave after being without their owners. She is incredible with the house as well! She makes sure all the doors and windows are locked, no water is running, nothing is missing or out of place, and leaves the place looking spotless. We are blessed to have someone as trustworthy and responsible as her looking over our cats and our house, so we can relax and not worry while we are away. I recommend Richelle with all my heart.

Richelle is an amazing pet sitter! She has been coming to my house 2-5 times a week (depending on my schedule) to walk and care for my little Roxy for the past 8 months. Richelle is an outstanding caregiver to Roxy. She always sends me pictures and updates after she has been over to care for Roxy. I feel so at ease leaving for work knowing that I can trust and rely on Richelle to come and care for my fur baby. Used Richelle to watch my fur babies for a weekend. Exceeded my expectations by far. Provided me with text and photos of my fur babies while I was out of town.
