I put an add on Bark with the descriptions of the issue we need solved. They proceeded to call me and say they don’t do that. Employee named Jim was very rude and hung up the phone abruptly

Brad came to our home on short notice in a Saturday morning and was super professional, easy to talk to and honest. He worked quickly and was able to solve quite a few issues with power, bad wiring, breaker repairs and a broken outlet for the dryer. He knee exactly what to do and how to get it done right away. Thank you very much.

Had a dedicated line installed and a bathroom fan and could not be happier. Was told up front exactly what it would cost and even though the bathroom fan was a lot trickier to install than first expected I was not charged a penny more than what was quoted.Will definitely use these guys again without hesitation.

They did a great job replacing all of the old outlets and switches on the apartment I just bought and also installed a new range hood. Electrician was friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit annoyed that he was late for the estimate appointment, but these things happen. I recommend Expert Electric!

I am very satisfied with the service from this company. I like the way they dealt with me - everything went so smoothly. Their truck is well stocked and the electrician I had - Mike - was so well organized, very professional, experienced, and competent. I like that he was very prompt and on time, and he was very reliable and honest. The company communicated well with me too and seems to care about their customers. Mike worked hard to get everything done efficiently (changed 2 bathroom fans, 4 smoke detectors, replacement of switches, dimmers, timers..) and to ensure I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this company and will ask for Mike's services again if I do.

We have used Expert on a variety of jobs over the past few years. Never a problem or concern. Pricing has always been fair and accurate. There is no holding your breath" as you call them. The arrival times for the technician is always spot on and the company calls to keep you informed as to their arrival time as an added service. They will continue to be our "go to" service provider."

Great service. They called me a day early due to an opening and the work was completed the same day. The service technician was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. We are very happy with the work performed by the electrician. We would definitely used them again for our electrical needs.

My only complaint was in the booking time when I told the person I was not going to be at home at 1 pm and they showed up at 12:35 pm to do the wok on the first day. When I re-booked they were fantastic at making sure of the time, the person who came back was polite, to the point and offered the best suggestion right away. He left and came back with the proper lighting we had discussed and installed it in minutes. Checked my breaker box and smoke detectors to make sure they were up to date and off he went.
