S'Pairs Optical

I have been going to Spair’s optical for years now, and yes I know things have changed, some people have left and new ones arrived but the great quality of frames with a large selection to choose from and the service is beyond amazing, the staff are extremely friendly and they take all the time to diagnose the problem with your eyes, talk to you about the problem/problems and to help pick out your glasses and to make sure they are the perfect fit for you, my mom came with me this time and she too is over the moon with her glasses, so not only will I be staying with you but mom will also be back, I’m not good at pictures let alone selfies but I just had to share❤️❤️❤️Thank- you to all the staff andManagement ❤️

I heard about this optical through a friend and am beyond happy with my experience there! The staff were super lovely, helpful, and gave their full attention to myself and the other customers in there! All the frames they had were fantastic and had something for everyone.

What an amazing experience my son and I had today at S’Pairs. My son is a very inquisitive, energetic 5 year old - who was extra curious about all of the cool machines and instruments. Eyad and Dr. Murphy were absolutely wonderful, as they answered every one of his questions without hesitation. For myself, it was the most thorough eye exam that I’ve ever had. The receptionists were also so friendly and welcoming, giving an awesome first impression. Another thing I really loved about S’Pairs is that they carry an eyeglass line designed in Newfoundland, by Eyad and his wife. Supporting local is so easy when you’re supporting a wonderful place like this.

Went in for a last minute eye exam and the customer service was outstanding! The glasses selection is varied as well. I'll be back for my next one for sure.

Went here yesterday with my dad since he needed glass, the whole store was such a nice experience, had like 4 people help us which we have never had happen anywhere else, one of the girls was so kind so actively help show the difference in sunglasses with brown lens verse grey which we never knew before going their. One of the girls overheard me talk about how one part of my glasses (the part that rests on your ears) was lose and falls, she offered to fix them for free only talking 5 minutes tops and they can back all cleaned for me. This experience had to be the best time we ever had looking for glasses I know that once I need new lens and frames I’m not going anywhere else but this place. Support local :)

Great customer service. My raybans i bought there broke and they fixed em right up surprising quick and didn't even charge.

Excellent customer service, absolutely lovely atmosphere.I went in to get my frames aligned and even though they were busy, they got it done for me right away.I mentioned that the clip on my glasses case broke off, and they replaced the case entirely for me.Friendly and accommodating staff.I would recommend this business to anybody.
