Used this shop years ago to start. Recently rain into a tire issue. They were up front about being busy but said they would do what they could to help. Called a day later, they had room got me in got the fire sorted. Years ago they helped me with control arms and bearings on a previous vehicle. There always up front and honest. This is probably the first auto body shop I have been in where I'm a 100% comfortable and will a 100% be back to. Thanks guys

Terrible car repair shop!! I was told by the shop to offer a repair estimate for my vehicle next morning. Then, I reached out to them in the morning next day and got replyed We are busy

I have been taking my vehicles to Western Auto now for a couple of years. I have to say that Craig and staff are the most honest, fair and accommodating people I have ever dealt with. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the work done and won’t rest until it’s done right. I have dealt with many different garages over the years and I would highly recommend these folks!

The team at Western auto are amazing. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire swap. The last place I went to told me that I would need to replace my tires because of the sidewall. I brought them in to these guys and let them know what the last shop said. They were honest enough to swap my tires and tell me that I didn’t need new ones. A lot of other places would take the free money. Thank you for being honest.

First time using Western auto service and so far all is good. While I was waiting I met a very nice lady who told me that she has been going to them for over 40 years. I must also add that they have treated me like I am the only person that they are taking care of . When it comes to first impressions I've never had a better one. More to come when my car is completed

I had my vehicle towed to western auto with a blown transmission, I have currently been waiting over a month. My vehicle has not been looked at except for them charging the battery which died due to the vehicle sitting so long. I've been told multiple dates for them to look at my vehicle, as well as multiple dates for which I will receive a loaner vehicle and multiple days for a call back. I have received no information about my vehicle, no loaner vehicle, and not even a call back. I've had no vehicle for over a month and this has caused me to loose my job, and a large sum of money. I'm extremely unimpressed with the terrible service and overall lack of courtesy from this business". Thanks alot Craig."

First time going to this shop. I played Google mechanic and thought I had solved the problem and knew what was wrong with my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in and had a scan done. The code for my issue was not showing but other ones were. The mechanic looked through out my vehicle trying to determine what was causing the issue. Long story short, the problem was not located.I was impressed about the honesty of the mechanic who didn't sell me on the issue that I thought it was, nor try to sell me on something different.From first impression this shop has honesty and integrity.5 star.

These guys are great. Courteous people and you get an honest assessment of what your car needs and a fair price to fix it.
