Walmart Supercentre

A decent store but parking can be a little hard and be aware when driving/walking around in the parking lot since lots of people don't pay attention to their surroundings. The store itself is decent, some things are over priced but most things are a fair price. Some staff aren't always the nicest but you could get that anywhere

Yesterday a middle aged customer service manager accused me and my daughter of not paying for our items in front of many other shoppers. She shouted “Did you pay” three times before I could even get the receipt out of my pocket to show the proof. This “customer service manager” didn’t even look at the receipt, she simply smirked and walked off. I have tried calling the store to speak to a manager but none have answered my calls. This was extremely embarrassing as many other families stood to watch. This was not the first negative interaction with this woman, so watch out for a large, tall, older, short haired blonde woman with glasses. She needs to be retrained or something because her customer service is lacking. If she cannot handle watching the handful of self checkouts open then she shouldn’t be in the position she’s in. It’s bad enough there are never any belts open (the few they have left) but to be accused of stealing with your child beside you is just disgusting. I know I’m not the first this has happened to. Do better store 3120. I don’t say I’ll be back in anytime soon.

If I could leave a negative stars I would, absolutely worst grocery service ever!!!! 4 hour late pick up, delivered the wrong groceries, then make a big deal about coming to pick then up ? … attitude on the phone, they “I don’t care” attitude was very much uncalled for. If you can’t do a service and can’t give good Customer service THEN DONT OFFER IT . Absolutely disgusted but I guess the Walmart reputation just proves itself

Love the store, it's super clean and always very organized and they try and keep it stocked as much as possibleOnly issue I have is that They cannot keep reusable bags in the store. As an instacart driver it is absolutely unexceptable and Frustrating. I feel sorry for your staff. Come on get it together!!

Customer service is not good in the store but the pharmacy is decent enough. Don’t bother doing self check out if you want to be left alone because the employees breathe down your neck but pretend they are trying to help. Literally watched an employee stand over someone’s cart and told them not to forget an item. I, myself have had an employee ask if I paid for the $2 case if water that was on sale…um, have more workers on the register if you’re that worried about theft. Seriously considering boycotting this location.

Some entitled white lady at the self checkout denied me buying alchohol because the person i was with didnt have ID on them. I have a suspicion it was because of my race as she seemed very hostile and i have never had this issue here or anywhere before. Walmart needs to do a better job screening their racist employees. Absolutely disgusting.

Ample parking space and you can find everything in here. Reasonable rates and fresh vegetables and fruits are available here. There is gost kitchen too you can enjoy whatever you want. Clean and hygiene washrooms.staff members are very helpful and attentive. Wide range of clothing and you can check on online app what is provided in the store.

Don't buy cosmetics here. It is so inconvenient. Pay in the cosmetics area only. Ok, so now i have to make 2 seperate purchases on my card. Nah! Last time for me. I'll be going to Shoppers or Rexall from now on.
