Chris serviced & repaired my snowblower; not only that but he picked it up & dropped it back off again. That is huge for me as I have no way of getting the machine onto my truck. He took time to explain & show me exactly what had been done. My lawn tractor is already booked in for service in 2023 & I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else. Very pleased.

I was referred to this business, owned and run by Chris Watts, through the head office of a major Canadian company. I purchased a brand new, gas lawn mower that did not work straight out of the box. Chris was easily accessible and dealt with the situation in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Chris helped me to find a battery operated mower that is lighter, easier to use and starts every time. The battery is quick to charge and lasts a long time. I love my new EGO lawn mower! I highly recommend E.M.S.
