Dr Gigi and her team are hands down the most patient, kind and capable vet clinic I’ve ever been to. They were so good to me and my dog who is super nervous and can be very defensive at times. They took the time to meet his needs on an individual basis, all the while being reassuring and kind. I would recommend anyone bring their pet here if you want the best care for them. And a special thank you to Anja for being so good to Brio, she is so knowledgeable and has a special way with dogs. I met Dr. Gigi through my friends referral and I am so happy that I met her. Not only is she the most knowledgeable and caring vet but a compassionate and kind person. As a new client she welcomed me into her practice without wait times. My fur baby was barely walking and she devised the direct and perfect protocol which had him miraculously walking in just a few days. Thank you Dr. Gigi for giving my fur baby a new leash on life! I would highly recommend Dr. Gigi as she is a vet who looks out for the best interest of your dogs quality of life.

Dr Gigi and Schomberg Vet services have been so amazing with all my animals. Just recently we had an emergency on Canada Day with my kitten and we called Dr gigi and even on her day off she came in and helped our little friend. The amount of care she gave to my kitten was more than I could have imagined. The amount of support and kindness Schomberg Vet shows towards my animals is impeccable. I went here with my dog Benny to get some blood work and an exam done. He had been to another vet the week prior and had a very stressful and experience, I was worried he would be terrified of vets. Dr Gigi and her team were wonderful, they let Benny get comfortable and relax and were so great and gentle with him. He was still nervous but they were able to do his exam and I am so happy I took him here.The office is clean and bright, and Dr. Gigi is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process educating me about next steps, medicine, and offered advice on managing bennys vet anxiety.I recommend coming here if you want your pet to have a positive veterinary experience.

Absolutely unprofessional. Dr. Gigi will spit out a diagnosis before she knows anything, as she did three times with our cat. We found out afterward that those diagnosis were all absolutely incorrect.I was charged for a checkup that didn't happen as our cat needed blood and urine checked. Blood work was delayed with zero communication.I'd have been fine with the delay if I had known before that delays were common with their blood clinic, but nothing was said. A one-day wait for very critical blood work turned into a three day wait where I had to follow up. Unbelievable.When I called and requested my money back for the checkup that never happened, this very 'kind and professional' doctor put me on hold mid-sentence without a word and left to go handle another client.To say that I'm floored is an understatement. Dr. Gigi charges too much, talks too much and does too little. Especially at a time when our cat needed immediate assistance.Find another vet, this isn't the one.
