Absolutely amazing service! They had my car in and out in just over 2 weeks (which I've learned is rather quickly when painting is required). It looks brand new on the outside (where it was smashed) and they even detailed the inside (which they DID NOT have to do). Im more than satisfied with the work that was done im outright impressed. I hope I don't get into another accident for another 25 years but if I do I know where ill be taking my car.Thanks Craftsman Collision! My car and I appreciate you.Edit: It's been a little over a month since I got my car back. It's been raining for the last 2 days. I took the mat out of my trunk today and found 2 inches of water in the spare tire compartment. I learned that an improperly sealed body repair is likely the cause if/when the car has been in an accident. Now I have to take my car to a different shop and have it repaired PROPERLY. (Their repairs have a lifetime guarantee" but that's only if I feel comfortable taking it back to be re-repaired...)I strongly suggest using caution if using Craftsman Collision in Kamloops! Looks can be deceiving and first impressions can be wrong. I take back my 5 stars."

Greg and his staff did an amazing job with my car repair. Their technical people have excellent talent and Greg is a very helpful and smart person. I was impressed with their attention to detail. And they made the whole process a lot easier and communicated with me along the way. They even cleaned up the interior and exterior of my car after they did their work. If you need work done on your vehicle just go here!!!. . Thank you all and really appreciate your great job.

While the job done was great I can't give 5 stars for a few reasons. First being that they left my old car door + window parts in my trunk? Apparently this was a mistake, but HOW? Why would they be putting them in my trunk in the first place?Second is the manager Greg. He's very cordial on the phone when booking my appointment and during this time I had informed him I may need to go to Vancouver for work in the rental car, if my car isn't ready before a certain day. He says no problem!". I remind him of this again when dropping off the car

I am deeply dismayed by the level of incompetence demonstrated by your establishment. It is truly baffling to witness such blatant ineptitude and wonder how your business continues to operate. My father's truck has been in your possession for an extensive four-month period. However, upon its supposed completion, we were informed that tests were being conducted and it would be ready shortly. Regrettably, upon inspection, we discovered that the windshield remained unrepaired and the tailgate untouched. Despite this, your manager assured us that all pending issues would be addressed and allowed us to take the truck in its current unsatisfactory condition.To our astonishment, when my father took the truck onto Highway Five, he immediately noticed severe imbalances in the front wheels. Furthermore, the alignment, which you had claimed to rectify, was incorrectly done. It is both alarming and inexcusable that you would release a vehicle with such glaring safety concerns. Your purported check-ups appear to be nothing more than empty promises, as you carelessly allowed a hazardous and defective vehicle to leave your premises.Understandably, my father promptly returned the truck to your establishment, only to be subjected to yet another alignment, revealing that the front wheels had been bent all along. It has been an agonizing two months since then, and we have received no communication regarding the wheels, the windshield, or any other outstanding matters. Adding to our dismay, the vehicle now exhibits a serious suspension problem, which I firmly believe is a direct consequence of the substandard work conducted at Crescent Collision. It is truly inconceivable that your establishment could demonstrate such indifference towards the safety and well-being of your customers.It is abundantly clear that your establishment lacks even the most fundamental grasp of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I can only hope that accountability will befall you one day for the negligent actions displayed by your establishment.

Very good place. Very friendly. Truck was fixed in a reasonable amount of time . Went and picked up our truck and it was sparkling clean inside and out. Highly recommend

I phoned Craftmans Collision after I contacted ICBC and was asked to come down the same day. Greg booked my appointment and when I took my car in a rental car was waiting for me. When I picked up my car two days later it was washed and cleaned inside and out from the winter grime and dirt. There was a special detail that was very important to me and he made it happen. The work and customer service was above and beyond my expectations! I don’t think he knew how much this meant to me......thanks again.

I dropped off my vehicle here to get fixed from a recent collision. A couple hours after I dropped off my vehicle, I received a call from Greg stating they were refusing to do work (on the outside of my vehicle) because the inside was a 'biohazard'. My daughter had gotten car sick on the way there which I had cleaned up the best I could under the circumstances. I have 3 kids, of course my vehicle is dirty - there are stains everywhere. However, when I asked Greg if I could just come clean the vehicle better, he replied 'no'. He said not even his detailer would clean the vehicle. So you are literally refusing service to me even if I clean it? How does that make sense at all? He was super dramatic and out of line. I am attaching pictures of my vehicle which I took right after I picked it up. In no way would I call this a biohazard. I am not sure how the state of the inside of the vehicle warrants not repairing the outside? Really poor customer service from that department.

This June 2022 I contacted Craftsman Collision to do an estimate on repairs to my 2012 GMC Sierra. I decided to go with Craftsman Collision who did the paint and body work for both full sides of my truck. Sure glad that I did, but I have to say what Impressed me the most was the shop manager Greg Kirby. If I had any concerns Greg was very approachable and he addressed them! At the end of my experience at Craftsman Collision and Seeing the end product Greg ensured that I was happy with their product. Greg thank you for your customer service and professionalism, and my truck looks and shines like a new truck!! Thanks Again Greg

The work seemed of good quality but my main complaint with Craftsman was their communication. They had my car for 29 days and I was told, almost on a weekly basis, that it was going to be done early next week" or "likely tomorrow".I understand that ordering parts has delays and cannot always be predicted but I do not understand why I was told many

Very nicely done the bumper work within 8 days. Team is cooperative and friendly. 100% satisfied.
