When you call, the first thing they do, is to place you on hold,. Without saying good morning nothing. They make you get tired until you hang up. When you try to call back again they start playing a song for you after 5 minutes. Noone on the line. They really need to work on the customer service and try to fix the phone also. Very disappointed.
