I was referred to the Montreal Sleep Center by my doctor. Their service was most professional. From the first visit when they set me up with the home test to the follow up report with the results and the recent visit where I purchased the equipment and the service, Charles and his staff were very helpful, professional, and focused on what is best for me instead of just making a sale. I have already recommended one friend to the Montreal Sleep Center team, and i plan to refer anyone else that i feel can benefit from their expertise which i rate as 100%! From the first sleep test I did to getting my machine I have had such friendly and helpful service from the Montreal Sleep Center. The staff has been very accommodating and put me at ease with all of my concerns. I highly recommend !!! Top notch service

I got great service and support; this was my first time attending a sleep centre. Very friendly and helpful team of professionals. I am getting much better sleep now and this helped resolve most of the issues. Combined with a sleep mask, you can expect the best sleep of your life. It took a week or two to get used to the machine, but now I'm so used to it, once in a while I need to check to see if it's still on. I only discovered that I had sleep apnea thanks to them, and they were also able to treat it! Their 24/7 livechat is convenient too, and is available around the clock; even on weekends. They also made all the documents for my insurance company available so it cost me just a few hundred bucks once all was said and done. Definitely worth it for such a huge improvement in my quality of life. Solid after-sale service as well; they showed me how to keep my machine clean and gave me tips including using distilled water (you can just use boiled water instead of buying it). Highly recommended!

Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I never feel rushed picking up supplies or just getting advice. Well worth going private instead of waiting to get seen at a hospital.

Superb customer service! Charles and Mary were very professional, attentive, and friendly. I enjoyed my visit and conversation with them, and will be recommending the center to everyone I know. It was such a refreshing change from the impersonal (and frankly, dismissive) treatment that I had received previously from Medigas.

Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. They have a good inventory of products to tryout and they can explain the differences between manufacturers and product features. They do their best to make sure that you get the right advice and end up with the best solution for you. And they succeed.

I was skeptical at first with the idea of using a CPAP machine. Once I met with the team and they took the time to explain the CPAP and my apnea test results I became more comfortable with the idea of this treatment. The staff is great, even through the pandemic the service has been excellent, they are very knowledgeable and empathetic to apnea patients. Cailey took the time to help me find the right mask for me. There are many masks to choose from, however the team is really good at figuring out what type of mask will work best for each person by asking the right questions. I've referred one of my friends to this clinic to get their sleep test done and they've also started their treatment and equally happy on the service.

Highly recommended clinic. I’ve been going there for a few years and the staff are friendly and really take the time to get to know you.The experience has always felt very personal. Whenever I come they have staff ready to greet and start the appointment. I’ve never had to wait for another patient!Recently I had issues with my machine. As opposed to having to contact the manufacturer directly; they dealt with everything, and went as far as to give me a new machine from their stock as opposed to having to wait for the warranty process.The staff go above and beyond, and truly care about your well being and health. If you’re looking for a sleep clinic, this is the only place to go!

Due to the uncomfortable equipment i had insomnia all night. My spouse was a witness to this. They went on to claim that I was asleep while talking to my spouse and surfing the web. They also said the test fee included a follow-up with a doctor to discuss the results. Only after I paid it changed to pay to discuss further results.Absolute scam.edit: The emails are post appointment after the bait and switch. The center also acknowledged they miscommunicated" and took fault for the bad information. Molly also does NOT have a RAMQ card at the moment and would pay to see their sleep specialist. They are aware of this and acknowledge it in the email that my RAMQ card is currently expired. When asking for my RAMQ card
