There are so many times when you get to city hall and it's not a pleasant experience. However despite the numerous forms there are some great things here. The staff are super helpful and kind. You may hate the reason that you are here but the staff I've dealt with have been respectful helpful and kind and that's not always the easiest thing to do.

I was a supervisor in the last fed election I was supposed to get a internet connection for a 4 hour course at Waterworld. I didn'tNothing has been done to ensure that homeless people that get proper food. Medical supplies and transportation

Efficient, but only thing is that the employees should be wearing masks. If city workers have to wear mask such as taxi drivers’ or bus drivers then only fair the employees should also. Other than that the city hall employees are good & quick.

Although I am honestly tired of overwhelming security measures, this place is extraordinarily exceeding its predecessor. New washrooms and handicapped accessible entrances are great!

Worst city in Canada!!! People don't know how to drive or even care about pedestrians and cyclists!!!!! You'll almost get run-over multiple times a day while crossing the light!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watch your recycling (even if u have it in a giant blue bin on the opposite side of your trash), they’ll take it..how do they expect the community to take the environment seriously if they don’t, called 311 their argumentative nature suggestion was to put garbage out the night before, not the same day (guess their too busy coming late at night and even the next day sometimes not to realize it’s in a BLUE= recycling bin, not to empty it..please city of Windsor (it looks good on paper what you send people about separation of trash and recycling), if we take the time to do it and pay your employees extremely well with our tax money, please take it seriously and either take a couple of seconds to peek, and realize it’s cardboard, plastic and glass, not rubbish

I just have a couple complaints in regards to traffic control. A number of intersections have faulty sensors or not timed properly. At some intersections I see bigger trucks having to brake hard for a yellow when the sensors should realize that there's a truck coming and there's no other cars waiting on the intersecting street. I also wanted to complain about all the speed limit posts that were just installed on Totten. I'm all for getting cars to slow down in residential and school areas but they made these very narrow. So far I've seen pickup trucks having to stop at each one because they were worried about hitting it. I also see some bigger delivery trucks travelling down Totten at times so I would imagine they would definitely hit them. I think these kinds of posts are okay to bump into but I'm sure there's still some potential of scuffs or scratches on your car.

very hard city to find free parking and they will give you a ticket even if you have a parking pass or as we were walking to a pay machine to get one. We parked at Hotel Due palliative care facility and asked a city or windsor parking attendant where to get the complimentary parking pass for visitors. He told us to go inside to get one and as we did he gave us a parking ticket. We have it on YouTube confronting him..... We try to avoid Windsor if possible.

COVID19 has changed the operations of the building quite drastically. You need an appointment to get into the building and it's easy to book the appointment online.Visit service Ontario or Canada websites to make an appointment. If you don't have an appointment, you wait outside the building and the queues are quite long.Otherwise, great service and you get the job done without issues.
