I got my car detailed including the shampoo here last week. I arranged for pick up/drop off and was told it would be a 3 hour job, pick up at 9am. I had to call the shop at 9:45am as no one had showed up, I guess someone had called in sick but it was like they weren't aware of my booking, someone did come pick it up by 10:15am. I was called at 12pm and asked if they could keep it until 4pm, I said yes but needed it at 4pm to go to my assigned grocery pick up. I called the shop at 4:45pm and left a voice mail. Did not hear back until 5:20pm and my car was returned at 5:40pm. I have a cross over, basically a car with a hatchback, and was charge the SUV price which I was fine with, until realizing they had totally missed the bottom of my trunk, not even vacuumed. There is a board that lifts to make the area deeper. It did look good at first but the more I looked around there were little areas missed, it just seemed rushed. I understand being short staffed but if I had known it was going to be rushed and so delayed I would have happily booked for another day. The staff were kind and tried their best with what they had but overall I paid the price, quite literally.

Friendly but the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. Inside the center console was missed entirely. All chrome finishes were not polished. I tried calling during business hours on Saturday and cant reach anyone to tell them I am missing a button for my childlock on my dashboard since the detailing. I didnt realize until I was driving in the dark and it lit up. It cost me over 200 for the detailing and now I have to pay 70 dollars for a repair part plus labour. I wish they were easier to reach to make this right as I work midnight during the week. I don't recommend for detailing and I am sad that the guy was so nice and I trusted him. (He did ask me if it was good when he gave it to me and I didn't like it but I was afraid to sound rude. I wasn't going to put a review until I noticed the dashboard button missing)

They had to replace both doors on my car. They did a great job.l love how it turned out. Looked like new. They offered me drinks as I waited very friendly. Even Mark gave me a needed ride home and drove to pick me up when it was done. It was very kind of them. Thanks everyone who worked on my car ,done it in a day, fast. Thanks again.

I had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience. Couldn’t have asked for better. We have two dogs and there was fur Everywhere. The seats and carpets needed cleaning and they did an amazing job. Thorough, reasonably priced, quick and extremely friendly service. Could not recommend them more.

The mechanic here is amazing. He took the time to explain to me, and show me, what the issues were with my vehicle and how he was going to fix them. I felt what was charged was reasonable and fair. I trust them 100% and will definitely continue to use them.

Had our Truck in for detail and interior shampoo everything looks amazing very clean . They also did a safety for us in a crunch for time . We are very pleased and plan on coming back with our fleet of vehicles for future cleaning and any mechanical issues we have. Thanks guys great job.
