You wanna deal !!Well you ain’t getting one there lolPrices are insane!!Don’t hold the value what’s so ever. They’ll give you 50% less on what you’d sell it for.Chatted with a few people up in Rosewood resort on a few units on there lot and one week a unit was selling at a price they had mentioned and they went down a week later and price went up over 30,000 hahahaIf they know you have the coin let’s say there going to get what they can out of you and if you have a trade what an insult. Way over pricedDefinitely wouldn’t recommend this place to shop.Parts hahahaha make sure you do your homework before considering shopping here !!

We needed to replace an exterior corner moulding on our trailer but my husband was away at work with the truck until Sunday. The parts rep offered to come in on his day off, when the store was closed (WOW!) to give us the 16’ moulding strip. I’d asked if he could just leave it outside for us. I didn’t get his name but he drives a Volvo XC60 inline 6! Very nice man with excellent taste in automobiles (we have one too lol) providing excellent customer service! Thanks very much!

I HIGHLY recommend buying an RV from Country Road RV in Sundre. It was our first time buying a RV and we picked a 39 ft toy hauler. It was nerve wrecking to make such a big purchase but the team here was super helpful and made our purchasing experience so easy and stress free. They went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and worked quickly to make sure our RV was ready to be delivered to BC at our set date. They even helped us deliver it to BC and set it up perfectly the way we wanted in our spot.From the sales with Al to buying our first RV essentials in their parts department with Perry to finance department with Natasha to Peter at the service department and Bob who delivered and set up our RV for us, I have nothing but good things to say about each and everyone of them. I’m usually super bad with names but I remember everyone there because they each played a part to make our purchase stress free.If you want to get a RV in great condition with no nasty surprises at a good price with great customer service then Country Road RV in Sundre is a no brainer. We’d rather drive an hour to buy from here than 15 min to buy in Calgary, the difference in experience and the reassurance of buying a well inspected RV makes the drive more than worth it.Now I’m sitting in the RV writing this review and couldn’t be happier! Seriously Thanks so much, we love our fuzion Toy hauler!

Matt was a great guy, he showed my son and I around his vans. His wealth of knowledge and help was over the top. He has a great collection of rvs and a good shop of spare parts. I would recommend Matt for your next RV.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACEWe bought a new and very expensive unit from them. They were amazing until one thing went wrong. From getting a mouse within a week (we bought the extra mouse coverage ) they didn’t stand behind it and basically told us it was our own issue. Then we had to fight and fight to get our money back for that. Then in the fall we had a HUGE electric issue (blew our converter and our fridge and fireplace). We have been phoning and phoning and emailing to get someone out there. (Again we paid for the extended on site warranty ). At one point the guy even told us to find someone ourselves. We have had our destination travel trailer for ten months now and haven’t been able to use it for 6 of those ten so far and have no foreseeable future date as to when this will change.They are supposedly sending someone mid April to finally just look and diagnose it… 7 months later!! Now let’s see how long it takes to get it fixed.If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourselves a favour and stay VERY clear of this place and their customer service. Or lack of….

Do Not Buy from them!!They have no problem taking your money, and will do anything, including empty promises to make the sale but as soon as they have it they no longer care. We have had over $10,000 worth of issues since we bought it and the newest biggest issue they are ignoring completely. They are evening ignoring the manufacture that is asking them questions. Once Nick has your money he no longer cares. He told us to scree off and go elsewhere!! Save yourself a lot of time and money and buy from a place that actually wants repeat customers.

I special ordered a part that most have in the shelf. Ordered Monday and was told Friday at the latest. Friday came and I tried calling a couple times due to a couple cold nights of 5 degrees Celsius and no furnace. I received terrible attitude from the customer service rep basically I was being a nuisance. In a world full of competition, customer service means everything. I own a park model next door and will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

Best experience purchasing a used unit, Ron from Olds was fantastic to deal with. Have purchased other units from other dealerships in the past and was promised items and never received. Country Road RV delivered on everything discussed! Would highly recommend purchasing from this dealer. You walk away feeling good about your trailer purchase.

We recently purchased a beautiful passport couples coach from country road RV. We had an issue with the venting and they made room to assess our issue immediately. The service department was very honest and upfront about the time it may take to repair our issues. To our surprise, they had a loan trailer available. The customer service was exceptional . Shout out to Trevor in service and Lisa in customer service / above and beyond specialist.

Country Roads always seems to have what we need and always answer questions. Service was okay this time which was nice. As is usual in the RV world prices always seem to be higher than I think they need to be. Parts department has what you need but limited to one manufacturer so no choice but to buy what they carry.
