Pretty good but also disappointing as I have to re-do test because if your a side sleeper sometimes the data doesn’t record properly.Did inform Ann I was side sleeper but was told it should be ok. If I had know side sleeping could make difference I would have made sure I slept on my back.But Ann was very helpful in explaining how to use equipment etc. just a real pain having to re-do the test.

Our first experience with my husbands breathing problems started 26 years ago and we went to a company who I won't name, 10 years later we moved to Vancouver Island and ended up with the same company in Q.Beach. Then we moved onto another company in Nanaimo who closed during the Covid Pandemic without letting anyone know... just closed up with no regard to the many customers who they left high and dry.We were very upset but since then I must say that it was actually a blessing in disguise. We found a company who I must say have gone way above our expectations, efficient beyond the norm, and I wish we could give them more than 5 stars as we are more than impressed. We are actually shocked!! Very classy, clean office much nicer than any other office we had ever been in before. Everything was handled so quickly andwithout any effort it seemed and what we thought would take weeks was done right away. That's the difference when the staff actually know what they are doing. Shout out to the staff at MedPro Respiratory Care in Nanaimo! Without a doubt above and beyond customer service in comparison to other CPAP providers in town when my husband was looking for a replacement machine. His go to from hereon in. Highly recommend!

I went to the Nanaimo location recommended by my Doctor.My experience was very good. Nice friendly professional staff.Dinali went above and beyond my expectations. For my trail run she let me try out around five different masks to see what felt the best for me. She would call to make sure everything was OK. Plus I live in Ladysmith and was told I could drop off equipment in Duncan when I was being tested.They also set everything up and even sent estimate to my Insurance company. I would recommend going to this businesses for all your CPAP equipment and supplies.Dinali and lady at front desk (sorry don't remember name) were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

We have been MedPro oxygen customers for a few years now and since Kadi has arrived on the scene the overall service experience has been amazing. Kadi has been so helpful in providing us with the appropriate equipment. She is always easy to contact, pleasant, prompt in her replies and follows up with customers. I was always happy with my experience in the Nanaimo office of MedPro. I’m not so pleased with my new MedPro office in a town I won’t name. I tried to get info at my new location about the travel c pap and got absolutely no help other that they didn’t have one period. So I called the Nanaimo office. I spoke with Ann who went out of her way to help me including calling all over the province to see if she could find me one before my trip. Then she emailed me and called me to let me know. Thank you so much Ann for going over and above for me! Then she even let me know that it considered medical and not included in on board luggage so I can take it in cabin with me. Great service. When I buy a travel C Pap that’s where I’m going!!

These people were requested to call re my moms oxygenI got a 1 call to say they would call, then 0 follow upIts been 3 weeks and they said oh we thought the hospital sent her home with oxygen"Well even when they knew she wasnt sent with oxygen

Anne was absolutely amazing! She really saved me in a pinch! Forgot my mask strap and she was there to save the day! Anne you’re my hero!
