Wanted to share our experience with Ryan when we were selling our home. Although we didn’t end up selling (our choice) Ryan would have had our home sold very quickly. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and someone you feel comfortable with. He has drive and you can tell he really enjoys his career. He was amazing from start to finish. He had solutions for everything from an interior designer to a contractor and great photography. He’s our guy from now on. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience, and I’m so grateful for Ryan! He was quick to find listings that fit my search parameters and got me in for viewings immediately as the market has been insane. He also had my best interest at heart every single step of the way- he was incredibly knowledgeable about things I didn’t even know I didn’t know lol.My favourite part was when we saw a cute little house and after seeing so many duds I just wanted to make an offer, but he assured me that the age, foundation type, and layout would make it impossible to get anything back on resale without pouring in more than the house itself was worth in Reno’s. He could have just said “sure” and let me buy that house to make a buck, but instead he was honest and helped make sure I didn’t make the mistake of buying a dud!
