This is a great training facility. Our grandchildren have trained here since it opened with soccer, basketball, football, baseball, etc. An excellent asset for the city.Al Mc Donald

Went to rspc for a workout in the gym that is detached from the main building, I was very surprised at the dirty and beaten up room that they allow current members to workout in. A blonde haired woman who worked there came into the detached building while I was there to look around, didn’t clean anything, and left. Would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I found the manager to be very rude. In person and on the phone. I've also heard from several members that she is a very unpleasant person. She looks to be around 30, blonde lady with glasses. Gym is good, facility is nice.

Great facility with new equipment and not overpacked with people which makes for a relaxing workout. Scott Anderson Physio is in there too which I would also highly recommend.
