Pro Passport Photo

I've been here twice for my passport photos. They are a busy store (be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes to be served) but they do take passport photos and have them ready in 10-15 minutes.It costed $17.

I tried to take Brazilian passport pictures at Shoppers but couldn't use them because our face was too opaque against the bright background and the printout had terrible quality. Then, I tried Walmart, and the picture was great, but they don't stamp (?!), which makes it useless. Finally, we tried this Pro P. Photo location. They were courteous, and the quality of the picture was fair with a stamp. I finally got it!

As of 2021-07-06, this place is still pulling the 'bait-and-switch' that others have reported. Their website advertises passport photos for $11.99, but when you go to the trouble of visiting the store, they tell you that the actual price is $14.99. The staff claim that the lower price is for Toronto, even though the website allows you to check prices by location, and all London locations say $11.99.They won't even honor the prices quoted on their website, which the toll-free phone number claims is always up to date. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time with this company.

We always take our pictures in Costco, but because of COVID-19, it is not offered by Costco any more. We found this place in the internet based on the information of the Original company. It was very below our expectation, small place with low quality equipment, and worst of all was the behavior of the staff...after waiting in a long line , they said that we should have taken an appointment (although the company's website quoted that no appointment is needed"!!!) and argued with us in a very impolite way...I believe they do what ever they want with no respect to the original company and the costumers...Never go back there and don't recommend it at all!!!"

Fast and quick service. The guy at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to take photo for Citizenship Phot. He took good care and helped us.Definitely Recommended

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 star I would. Took my kids here to get their photos done and drive to St. Thomas to Service Canada as it is quicker to get in there and see someone to be told the photos weren't right and could not be accepted. Drove all the way back and had them re do them and told them what was wrong with them. Hubby just took the photos BACK to Service Canada to be told they are still not acceptable. This has been a lot of back and forth and wasted time so if you don't want this to happen I recommend going to a photo" studio to have them done right the first time. Now I have to make my kids sit through a passport photo for the 3rd time! I will be getting a refund for the photos and going elsewhere tonight."

Worse place to get passport. Very unprofessional with no appropriate background or room to get photos. Took 3 hours to get a decent passport photo because of some error in their system.Very unprofessional.

This is a zero star business, not a professional photo studio! I went for a digital passport photo, which they sent to my email, and when i tried using this photo in my online application it was rejected for being blurry. It was so obviously blurry, and how can somewhere using the name 'Pro Passport Photo' be so useless and unprofessional. At least they refunded my money, but didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for wasting my time and energy. Don't go here.

These guys have everything one night need. It's located in the grocery store in the corner and they have a post office, passport photos and all kinds of food items

I would give zero star if I could.Before we go to this place, I checked the website and it was mentioned no appointment is needed. We went there and one person was responsible for several tasks (a small shop with Canada post office, photo taking, key making, grocery...) We waited near half an hour and when I said when is our turn to take a photo, the irresponsible impolite manager said so agggressively that you should have booked an appointment and it is non of his business what official website has said!!! I said I called the company and the answering machin confirmed that I should refer to the working hours and policy on the website...he replied that it is not his phone # and it is a toll free phone...if he is going to work under the company's name he should be more responsible for his behavior and company also should control its branches more...
