We had our garage door installed earlier than expected, by a few weeks, due to a cancellation and our door coming in early, so super happy about this.The guy's came over and got it installed that afternoon, it really finished our house off perfectly and works fantastically.Upon inspection I noticed some of the weather stripping was not finished how I would like it, I called up and they insisted it had to be perfect, they had the guys come back within a couple of days and fix it and it is way better than I expected.Over all super happy with the whole experience, highly recommend, pleasure to deal with, very professional and will be using Bob,s with any future projects.

We highly recommend Bob's Door Service. Bob and Michelle answered all our questions and were prompt in getting us our quote -and fun to talk to! They helped us with our needs and didn't try to pressure us into getting more than what we needed. We purchased a new garage door and it came with all new weather-stripping, track, wheels etc. The installer, Matt, was great. He was on time, efficient and very courteous. Now that we've had it for a week, we are still impressed with the quality of the door and love that it is quieter than our old one! Bring on winter!!!! (We've included before and after pictures)

Incredible service, totally impressed! Called on Friday as our garage door was very old and the motor stopped working the week prior.Booked an appointment the next business day. At the appointment Daniel determined that the previous motor was done and had a new belt motor, sensors and a outdoor remote installed the same day! My garage overhead door required servicing as a result of an object falling into the track of the door - door would not close and had shifted.I called Bob's based on positive ratings from his previous customers and requested that a service tech come to conduct an assessment of my issue. Inside of an hour Bob was at my house and immediately assessed the damage. I authorized the repair and Bob commenced to conduct the necessary repairs.Bob is very knowledgeable in garage door installation and repair and his service pricing is more than fair.I would highly recommend him to family, friends and neighbours.

I phoned Bob's I asked for a quote on garage door opener which he e-mailed me same day. the next morning I phoned and said we should go a head to my surprise I was told that there was a chance that they could do it that afternoon. Mr. Miller one of his installers came over he was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic. Great Service I would recommend Bob's door service to everyone. My neighbour had a wheel seize up on her overhead door. I recommended Bob's door service to her and a technician by the name of Matt came out and replaced four seized wheels and lubricated everything. She said that Matt was very professional and worked very hard and the fee that they charge was quite reasonable.

I had in all fairness a miscommunication with a service I hired Bob’s Door for. And was charged more then I expected, I felt at the time that they had done what I asked for but they were much faster then anticipated.I emailed Bob’s Door promptly and was met with understanding and validation for my thoughts on the matter.We came up with a great alternative, and I would highly recommend their services.
