Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Zero customer service, zero professionalism. To the pink hair person, learn to read better. Your mistakes, displace more than just time. Thank you for not considering my dietary concerns with the replacement drink. And making it how you wanted, and not how it was ordered. Didn't even have a manager on shift that could talk to me. Watch your own surveillance tapes to see.If you value your time and need accurate orders, perhaps you should try elsewhere.Disgusted, and can't even drink my replacement, what a waste of time and money.

Baristas won't follow custom order advice. Seems they feel the need to impart their own 'wisdom' on how many pumps of each flavor is put in. Not impressed.

Took my 10 week out puppy and 6 year old son for a walk, we wanted to rest and I wanted a coffee, I wasn't driving and I can't leave either one outside alone. I was only there to buy a coffee and go to the side patio for a break. Well in less than a min I got the boot, I didn't say anything just left. If your establishment is not pet friendly , I'd suggest getting a small $2 sticker that says so. If Value village next door can afford one, you can too... Also if you fancy dark roast like I do, 90% of the time they don't have it when I come here.. (Usually a Saturday or Sunday every few weeks)Well I won't be going back here again.

Everytime I come this Starbucks the line up in the drive thru takes unnecessary amounts of time when there is only a few cars. Not to mention, the drinks aren’t ever what I order and is on the labeled sticker but instead is a mystery. Bummer when you spend $7 on a drink that isn’t what you wanted.

Went through the drive thru at about 11am today, an older cash lady with blonde hair and a red ponytail asked if we were celebrating canada day and i said no because i am first nation. she proceeded to not look at me or speak to me for the rest of the transaction. highly unprofessional and highly disrespectful. thanks once again for proving how uneducated our population is! i hope she learns from this experience:)

Your basic Starbucks outlet. Good service and food. It's busy at this location and may be hard to find parking during busy hours. Nothing out of the ordinary but decent service overall.

Great location and helpful staff. But the batista was horrible. A London Fog has not only tea and steamed milk but ALSO vanilla syrup and my drink had none at all. Back to training!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the service at this Starbucks. Annette was a PLEASURE, it felt like 5 star restaurant service. She deserves an award!!

I love Starbucks. I was a partner for almost 4 years. I understand what peak hours are and how there are times lines and drinks backup. Having said that... this store seems to never be able to catch up. I’ve waited almost 25 minutes in the drive thru here. Currently waiting about 12 minutes for my iced coffee. Would love to see this store get the support it needs to turn things around.
