Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I was very impressed with the Enterprise Dundas location. We had been stranded in Hamilton after our flight was canceled before Christmas. When I called looking for a vehicle to take on our unplanned road trip, they had a vehicle ready for us within one hour. They also pickup me up at the hotel to come get the van. The manager Ricardo made things so easy for us upon return, as they let us return it to the enterprise location in Barrie (our home city) rather than drive back to Dundas to return it. Thanks very much!

Probably the best experience I ever had renting a car in the world!!Paisley and Caitlyn were amazing!! Professional, respectful, co-operative and extremely knowledgeable personnel and the cars they supplied were clean, sanitized and modern. They deserve 10 stars...it just doesn't get better than this!!!

Paisley was great at getting back to me and getting exactly the vehicle I needed for my family while our truck was in for repairs. She walked us through everything and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would 100% rent a car from here again - wonderful experience and customer service

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I always get my rental here (for work purposes) I never had an issue. I kept my rental since February until now and sometimes I can just do the extension through phone call as they have all my info in the system. It's very easy and they never gave me a car with defect (compare to other locations). Ricardo was always helpful to me and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend this location!

Great staff, friendly service and nice vehicles. Would have given 5 stars except the deposit refund policy is sketchy. Paid $150 on my debit card and was told they couldn't put it BACK on my card...they would mail me $150.00 cheque in a week or so instead. Hmmm...change of policy alert fellas. Thanks for the service outside that aspect!

Paisley is the new Branch Manager. I have found her to be extremely focused on ensuring the customer is 100% happy. The Dundas location on Osler has had a long string of excellent managers. Desk staff are also kind, helpful, and courteous. Katelyn (sorry if the spelling is off) was just as focused on customer service as Paisley. Thanks.
