Chilliwack Taxi

I’ve always had bad experiences with chilliwack taxi but this really topped it off. I was waiting for my cab for a good 10 mins before it finally got close to my house but the cab driver completely missed the house and continued to drive a block away. He never called to confirm or ask where I was and never bothered to make the attempt to drive near my house and on the app I saw as he just stayed there at the wrong address. When I finally accepted he wasn’t going to drive to me I started to walk to him and as soon as I got there he canceled the trip and told me he was busy and drove off. What a way to waste my time especially since I had to be somewhere. Save your time and effort and book with cheam instead.

I was in need of a taxi for a medical appointment and this service was a lifesaver. The dispatch was quick to respond and the driver was kind and understanding. The ride was smooth and I arrived at my appointment on time and stress-free. Thank you for the great service.

Called to order a wheelchair taxi for 730 am the next morning to get my client to the hospital for an appointment. Called again the night before to confirm this taxi. When they hadn't shown by 740am, I called and he said there were no wheelchair taxis in town. WTH?!?!?DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM!! Luckily we read the reviews and had a back up plan but wow. Not reliable AT ALL.

My one concern is I dont get how the taxi's meters run, After flag down RATE of 3.75$ the the fare metrix just keep moving for like 10Cents every 1 to 2 seconds of the trip wether the vihicke is moving or on the stops, So from my trip of about 6 minutes from where I came frome ,Ive got 12.05 charge and its like 3more or less 3 kilometers drive...So how does taxi really charge its customers? Is it by time or by distance?

normally Chilliwack taxis service is absolutely brilliant.I could have done however with the update on their website today of all days.my pickup ride today good Friday decided to start his meter at $3.95 before I got in the car.shameful behavior from a respected taxi company.the driver attempted to play the 'I don't understand ' game, however with a little persistent he got the message and re calibrated his meter to $3.75.quick update this mornings driver decided to price gouge me by running the meter from the gates of our ground running up $4.15 before I opened the door, really is thus how they really made a profit?.playing the ' I don't understand you' routine until I persisted.

We took a cab to the Abbotsford airport and had a great experience. The driver was on time, very courteous and professional. We felt safe riding in his car. The car was also very clean! He helped us load and unload our luggage. If I am ever in town again, I’d use their services.

Just used this cab service today. I had a nice experience, thanks to the driver Zia Qasim. He was very nice and polite. He even asked which road I prefer to take, (which is a first). Even the driver before him was very nice as well. Just didn't ask for his name.I would totally recommend this company and would difinitely use their service again.

I have been using this company for many many years and always had great service. Until covid hit, then the dispatch and customer experience changed. Since then I have noticed rude service from dispatch as most of the time they mumble on the phone with a hard-to-hear, Okay someone will be there" and then hang up quickly or the cab does not show up at all. I have encountered many different unprofessional drivers and I do not feel safe when my driver is busy chatting through an earpiece during my whole trip. Unprofessional and unreliable."

Quick and promtp service, however the number on google leads to a person who doesnt really do much except transfer you over to the booking agent which takes some time.
