The absolute worst customer service. Always Attitude when going through this drive through. Just yesterday, I ordered chamomile tea, and they gave me peppermint , because they just don’t care. Avoid this Tim Hortons they don’t deserve your business.

I visit there on Saturday 9th July.I Oder coffee and I got worse coffee with loaded attitude from server. I am here in Canada from last 1 year but this was horrible Tim Horton I ever visited.

Worst experience.. The coffee was too bad and the staff members don’t know how to treat customers. They are too rude. And the chicken wrap was not made properly there were big pieces of veggies thrown without any sequence.

Long line. They didnt have wedges and some donuts in stock...and this was at 3pm...I was told they ran out of wedges!!!They handed me a smashed donut and put 2 donuts in 1 bag. They didnt give any napkins or anything.I opened the bag right after I left the drive thru so it's not possible it was smashed by me.

Such a horrible owner of this Tim Hortons. I worked for them for atleast a year and if I knew that the owner and his lovely two managers would be so mean, I would never had even try to do my best to satisfy his customers and business. I was harassed multiple times and no action was taken. O my GOD, so money minded mean man is this. A suggestion to all the customers, never believe on baked goods, many times, expired food is served, also french vanilla machine is always broken along with expired sauces and bacon. I quit during my half shift because these guys were so greedy specially the senior manager who doesn't follow good workplace practice. I wish I could use more severe words that they deserve but using them would not only violates Google policies but also make my thinking bad. Such a cheapest beyond disgusting management (mean attitude, greedy and money minded) .

Spacious, homey ambience, and staff are accommodating too. Plenty of parking space, either covered or under the sun.

No greetings as usual most of the tim hortons cahsier do. The women who took the order behave so weird she was older then me that's why i show respect otherwise will gonna react on the way she behave with me. Dine in was so messy.Please be nice with your customers i am working as manager at A&W i know things about restaurant. Its better to make your customer service better.

Went through the drive through yesterday and had the worst experience. I have been going to this location for over 20 years but recently the level of service has gone downhill. I wanted to add a French vanilla to my order and the man at the window was completely disrespectful and when I asked to speak to the manager she completely ignored the situation. Please hire people that understand basic human decency.
