It was my first time and I had trouble understanding how to order. You order half on paper, but the veggies in person. However, they don't specify how many you can get and the lady gets impatient when you ask questions or repeat your order. I had asked for no bean sprout but got them anyway. I ordered stir-fried noodles but got a soup bowl instead. There was no time to complain, because I was on my lunch break but I will not go back.

Quality: The veggies were fresh, but al dente. The beef was kind of soggy.Value: Kind of more pricey than i'd like at 9.50$ for a small box, but i was craving asian food

Most expensive bland food I've ever eaten. Really disappointing especially after paying 21 dollars for hard dumplings and hard rice with watered down sauce..

Pretty badThe noodles are very dry, not spicy and overall bad. There's better places than this.The thing that I've ordered costed 14$ which wasn't worth it

Clean and very respectful of the new health measures related to COVID-19. Very cordial and fast service. The same quality of always inside their classic boxes. Full of flavor. Amazing how the food is still warm even after walking home in the middle of the winter. Glad to be back. It is always a pleasure to receive a fortune cookie as a gift!

Nice staff and really cool menu items! If your feeling adventurous try the “Asian Poutine”. They have really good soup and noodle dishes that you would expect too!

Have been a fan of Noobox for more than 11 or 12 years. Ever since I accidentally discover this place while attending a conference at Palais des Congres. Still remember the beautiful contrast of people in business attires eating delicious noodles out of famous Asian takeout boxes like a scene we see in movies. Their Thai Peanut Sauce is my favorite choice when paired with chicken or beef along with soba or rice noodles. Over the years, I have noticed the owners often work on adding or exploring new menu items and improving overall dinning experience...for me, that is a 5 stars for sure! Highly recommend their Thai Peanut Sauce! It is Y.U.M.M.Y.!!!

Horrible FOOD!! Vegetables were not even cooked. Chicken was mushy and tasted terrible.

I go at least once every year during festivals, and so far I haven't been disappointed. Everything's freshly cooked and served the way you order it. A great place for to-go noodle boxes.
