Very nice, they have the washing and drying machine for your needs free wi fi and kids area

I enjoyed this laundromat. There's plenty of room. Offers free WIFI. There's vending machines with laundry bags and supplies. Also, snack and drink machines. They also have a kids corner with books and toys for younger children. They also have a public restroom.

Clean, a dedicated area for kids filled with books, some dinosaurs in a quarter machine, drinks and snacks machines, so many washers and dryers!!! Super awesome time!!

Better than sudsies. The washers and dryers tend to work and they accept coins and cards. There's a change machine on site too if you only have bills.

Prices went up suddenly but then offered free dry. A few weeks later higher prices remain but now charges for dry. Other than being expensive it is still nice and clean.

Clean, well lit, the machines are usually in great working order. If there is ever an issue they probably respond when you call the number posted. Bathrooms are in good working order. This is definitely the nicest laundry center in the Caribou area! There is a snack vending area there’s also a small area for kids to play. It can get busy but usually moves pretty quickly. Lately this facility has been getting very busy and people are not being careful with machines. Check to make sure the washer is clean before you put your clothes in

Dryers 11 and 12 will take your cash but not dry. Cleanliness has become an issue. I highly recommend an employee at least part time to pick up after those who do not.

It would of been 5 stars but the coin machine wasn't working. And the vending machine wasn't accepted coins very well either. This is my go to laundromat and love the big machines.

I really have to give the management of this business kudos. It’s quite clean and having credit card payment available is certainly an upgrade. The down side is the TV, playing really awful TV. Why TV? Of course this may be purposeful to reduce Loitering as the Huge yellow sign suggests. The other down side for me is all the gross smoking and igarette butts, right AT the door. ( Northern Maine seems to love Smoking). Mind you I rarely come here.I’m mostly familiar with Pratt Abott facilities in Southern Maine, who have eliminated these issues.NOTE: One dryer worked well. One did not, leaving with quite damp laundry . Other customer reported not to use dryers 13-16, as “ they don’t do the job”. Lost a star there.

It is clearly not maintained. Also they owe me a new shirt because there washer ate it. They are dirty. My clothes always smell worse when they come out of the washer. This is what the washer did to my T-shirt. I don't think I ever want to return.
