Speedy Glass Brantford

Went in for an estimate. Wanted to think over options. They put me in computer as a “no show” so when I called to book they had no previous info. Then they ordered wrong windshield so we had to go through the whole process of swapping cars during my wife’s work day again. If a car has more than part available, shouldn’t you check before ordering?

Excellent service!! They explained what might happen with the repair (reattached rear view mirror that came out, along with a chunk of the windshield).As for the people who complain about being shown to you, you have a couple of options:. (1) thank them for checking the filter but pass on replacing it; or (2) have your regular mechanic check the cabin filter when you have your car in for service (assuming you do this on a regular basis). I also heard the owner explaining the chip repair process very clearly to at least 3 people so I also don't understand those complaints either.

Great experience at Speedy Brantford! Customer service was excellent. Went in for a stone chip repair and they explained everything to me. Even the possibility that it may not work as it depends how the chip takes the repair (which is completely understandable). They do a complimentary air filter check which was fine and they had me in and out in less than an hour. They even cleaned all the windows for me as well while I was waiting. Would definitely go back!

Really bad experience. I made an appointment to get a chip in my windshield repaired. The manager at the Brantford location told me it doesn't need to be filled and it should be fine. Two days later the chip turned into a crack across the whole windshield. Now I'm struggling back and forth with the complaint department and head office for a solution. They're even denying that I had an appointment at all and the manager doesn't recollect the situation whatsoever. So after doing my due diligence of trying to repair a minor $90 chip, I now have to spend $400+ to replace the whole thing .With no help, answers or even attempt of a solution from Speedy Glass .

Great service. Very friendly and speedy to say the least. Had two chips repaired and took them just over 30 minutes. Went through insurance with no issues and they even cleaned my mirrors, windows, and lights. Thanks guys!

Not to be trusted with windshields with any type of technology. Speedy Auto Glass Brantford caused $2000 damage to my car and won’t make good. Not to mention it void the warranty.If you’re covered under warranty and have any type of technology in/around your windshield take it to your local dealer.Story time: I brought my VW (that has all of the driver assist, rain sensing, etc.) for a windshield replacement. Shortly later all of my driver assist system stopped working so I brought it to VW for diagnostic/repair. Only to be told all of the sensors and a some bracket are damaged and need to be replaced out of warranty “because they were damaged by a 3rd party”. To the tune of about $2000 for parts and labour.I bring this information to Speed Glass Brantford only to be told they won’t be covering it because “it was diagnosed by somebody other than them”. I ask why would I bring my car to you for Diagnostic… blah blah blah. They claim they calibrated the camera so it could not be damaged. The camera still works… duh! Long story short: Speedy (including their customer service) will not take responsibility for the issues.

They are super!! Quick, friendly, professional and stress-free process. Got my windshield repaired in about 30 minutes, covered through my insurance and no out of pocket payment whatsoever. There's no deductible for this through your insurance which I was happy about because I had never had it done before. The staff was friendly and informative. I would definitely go back!!!

These guys are awesome. Very friendly, thorough and professional. Not only did they fix my windshield chips, they polished up my faded front headlights to look almost brand-new. Then they cleaned every piece of glass on the vehicle inside out all just as a complimentary service. I honestly don't think the windows were ever that clean from the dealership. I am so impressed. It's hard to find any place these days that goes above and beyond what is required. I give them six stars if I could.Excellent work. It's as though the windshield chips were never there.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for any type of glass repair.

A recommended I bring my truck here when I was getting it towed. I had a seized brake and crunching in the back wheel on the drivers side. I dropped it off and received a call that my truck had a list of problems that needed to be fixed or “i couldn’t drive me car” it would cost +7k. I was called back and given an ultimatum, fixing a “smaller problem” at a cheaper price to get my vehicle back. At the time I was dealing with a lot (work, death of a close family member, funeral expenses) and i Didn’t have the time bring it elsewhere and I just needed my truck, so I agreed. Fast forward 2 days, both my rear brakes are seized, 4x4 high and low not working, Diff oil leaking from where they “fixed the problem”. All working before I dropped it off. Dont bring your vehicle here, even if your desperate.

The guy that worked on my windshield was very nice and professional. Answering all my silly questions that I had, very informative and didn't pressure me to buy anything more then I needed.Not a huge fan of how much it all cost but I don't blame the workers for that.Would defiantly go back if I needed to.
