It's too bad most people only write reviews when they are upset.I ordered an item that the seller rushed to me using Dicom. The package sold from London and arrived the next morning. I want home so went to pick up the item at their warehouse.Christine, the lady who helped me over the phone and served me at the warehouse is an absolute star. She was polite and personable and very helpful. She had told me to call later in the evening to check on whether my package was off the truck from that day's run. Instead, when the driver came back, she called me to let me know! And I was able able to get my package at 5pm instead of 7pm.

My package got to Ottawa fast, then sat at their warehouse according to tracking for about two weeks, then when I finally am able to call in during business hours I get told my package was sent back to the seller. Im sure it will get back to Toronto fast, but who knows if it will ever leave that warehouse.Im bitter as hell over the way this was handled but I will concede that for business to business shipping they are probably great, but delivery to residential is pretty weak at best.

Rude beyond belief. I actually called the company that shipped my items with them and they said that it was not the first time they have had problems reported to them.So that company (Thermore inc.) is going to stop doing business with them.-3 weeks late delivery.-Rude and dismissive staff-inconvenient location-terrible customer service-lousy quality facility (gravel parking lot)-no self correcting mentality for mistakes.I could go on and on. But if you are unfortunate enough to get a package received through this company, then tell the company that shipped with them in the first place that you have had problems. Because the people in this location will not listen!

Dicom ships relatively fast to their service depot, but they have approached the last mile of shipping in such a terrible manner that dealing with them altogether is unbearable.My shipment was ordered from the manufacturer and contained CAR parts. The shipment arrived at 1 in the afternoon when no one was home... This is where the problems began. The shipment location is way outside of town and in a super inconvenient location, even if you did have a funcitonal vehicle to get to them, not to mention, getting them to re-send the shipment was even more of a headache than picking up the shipment... Not only do they expect you to be home during business hours which is perfectly reasonable, but they don't have an option to call after hours to set up an alternate time to attempt a delivery... and when you attempt to call immediately when they open, they inform you that the drivers are already out and that there is nothing they can do.After multiple calls to try and get the package dropped of, they finally told me that their job was to get the parcel from point A to point B and that they had done that... Meanwhile the parcel is still at A1/2 and sitting at the depot.If you want fast, reliable shipping to your door or a nearby location, do not choose Dicom, not only is their shipping horrible, but they also lack quality communication and customer service.

Every time I show up to pick up a parcel, nobody is at the counter, no bell, calling out to anybody, no answer. Employee walks in and looks at me turns away and continues walking, I had to tell him I was here for a parcel. He came over and said I’ll have to get Chris. Waited and finally someone other than Chris came and served me. 20 minutes total to be able to finally walk out.

No space to work, disorganized and safe issues for workers not addressed. Also I am still trying to get them to give me my full pay for a missing week of work. Since they duck my calls I am filing a complaint will Ministry of Labour and filing a case with small claims.

Been working here for years as an independent broker. Can be tough at times, but the management now is the best in years. I also do ship lots thru Dicom, and would have to say I have never had a problem with them from a customer stand point. My parcels were always delivered on time the next day (Toronto area) I shipped once to New Brunswick, which took 3 days. I was very satisfied after that. We are a cheaper alternative with tracking, and out of the 20+ times I've used Dicom never had an issue. Hopefully my review help, and for what it's worth it isn't a biased one.

This Company is terrible we use multiple shippers and these guys always have issues damaged product no overnight delivery that we paid for .My company has stopped using them.
