The dentist office was very accommodating as I had to change stuff last minute. The Dentist is so nice and even though I was in a bit of a rush, they were able to do a good job. Thank You

The worst dentist I have ever dealt with. She was rude, condescending, made rude comments to her assistant about my 15 year old granddaughter. My granddaughter will not go back and she needs 5 fillings. No thanks to her I will find a dentist with compassion and care for their patients. The freezing does not affect my granddaughter and the dentist did not understand or care to understand her patient. The dentist is Dr Chandra.. stay away from.

I was going to a different dentist for years. Everything at the other place seemed to be a hassle from poor cleanings to direct billing my insurance.The ladies here at Westgate are very professional. Explaining everything in detail Best cleaning I’ve had since switching dentists. Teeth were so much brighter and cleaner Right down to a hassle free direct billing.

This team is absolutely amazing. I came in for a full mouth restoration and they showed nothing but true care for me and the journey I've been on with my teeth. My process was not easy but they handled it with grace and a smile on their face. The receptionist, that lady is a ray of sunshine right when you walk in!! This team is the best 100%

This is absolutely the worst dental office to go to. I had to get a cavity filled last year (while I was pregnant) and they obviously didn't do a good job because three months later my filling and half my tooth fell out. oh and did I mention the dentist tried to convince me to get an X-ray done while I was 5 months pregnant. Then I had to wait until my baby was born to get a root canal done and that was the absolute worst experience of my life. The total procedure took over 4 hours to do and the entire time I was in pain and extremely uncomfortable and they didn't seem to care about my well being at all. Not only that but when the dentist was cleaning out my root with the drill the tip of the drill broke off and got stuck and its still there in my root to this day. Also I paid for this procedure out of my pocket plus I also payed for X-rays to be done. They also claimed that I had 7 really bad cavities and I needed to get them fixed asap. Well I went to St. Andrews Dental to get a second opinion and they had tried to get my X-rays from Westgate to prevent me from getting more done and having to pay for them, and Westgate lied and told them I didn't get X-rays done meanwhile I have the almost $300 bill to prove it. Anyways St. Andrews Dental office is way better! They made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time and they were definitely more professional. Never go to Westgate Dental!!

Dionne is a life saver! She always gets me in for an appointment despite my very limited availability, All the staff are lovely and caring about their patients

I was at this dental office yesterday. It's my first time here. I had a cleaning done. Frist time the dentist did the cleaning. I was so impressed . My teeth have never been cleaner. I've been to many different dentists in my life and this place is the very best. Even my husband likes this place. I totally recommend this dental office to everyone. My husband has been going here for years. I now see why. Great staff. Thank you Rita Armstrong

I love this dentist. I went there in pain and in tears due to the shape of my teeth and they have helped me fix them and feel more confident about my smile! I recommend everyone to go there. Everyone is so friendly. I LOVE the staff!!!

Excellent service! I didn't even feel any pain when my teeth was being cleaned and scaled. At other places, the pain was unbearable. I highly recommend. My kids and I come here and they treat the kids with so much respect and kindness. They really helped my eldest daughter with her problems!
