As usual at Canadian Tire, when buying a major item you have to return due to missing parts. Happened recently with an air compressor and a gas bbq. If you have any other alternative, avoid Canadian Tire. Also it’s hard to find help, the cash lineups are long and the self-service cash registers are always closed.

Small store but well stocked. Polite staff. Never very busy, no line ups. Wish they sold a bit more food like the LYNCH sauces!

Great store. Is the only real competition to Wal-Mart on many products. Their mix of automotive, hardware, outdoors and housewares etc. is pretty much unique. And the weekly advertised specials cycle well. So if you're patient you can usually find many of the items you may want on sale soon. Prices not always the best around, but decent selection and multiple departments that most stores in the area don't offer.

Worst Canadian Tire in Canada pretty sure, more worried about masks then serving customer needs, automotive specialist is a real jerk should retire along with most of staff. Never going back.

Terrible customer service. Online store said they had a product in-store. When my father goes to buy the product they say they don't have it. Once home I call to find our. They tell me it's in-between seasons so it's only in back store. The lady tells me she will have it set aside for pickup. Next day, Nothing!!! My father tells me they don't have it again. So now I go in store to deal with it. Finally they get my order and the best they can dois offer me $5 off on a $178 for the inconvenience. 2hours of driving to and back and 2 days. When it says online that they have 7 in stock; to me that means available (not in warehouse storage)Wall Mart here I come

Great store with good specials but it's not always easy to find someone to help out.It's been over a year since I posted my review.I would like to add a star a one half to Canadian Tire in Cowansville because they are listening and have added more personnel to their store.It is now easy to find someone to help out! **** + 1/2*

Went to get tires but they unfortunately did not have any to fit my car. I did not get the name of the gentlemen who helped me but my goodness was he ever helpful. He took the time to find another store which would have them, got me the number and gave the the model number of the tires I needed. He was beyond helpful. All the employees at this store are amazing! I was especially thankful for his help. Wish I would have gotten his name! Definitely shop here!

Booked for tire and oil change but when I got there I was told they didn't have time to do both so I had to choose tires or oil. Didn't offer to reschedule, unapologetic and quite rude. Very dissapointed
