Jody came to my house to help me with colors for my kitchen cabinets. She was prompt, very friendly and receptive to my ideas. For those of us who don't see colors as designers do, she was invaluable in pointing out undertones and hues that simply would not have worked out for the parts of my kitchen that I was not changing. She came up with a color that I never would have thought of and gave me an alternative, as well. She also helped with appliances, lighting and furniture ideas that made my kitchen project much less overwhelming. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to do some of the work themselves but needs advice on those touches that will make the project look professional and well put together. Thank you, Jody!

Jody is amazing! My sisters and I were in search of a unique gift for Mother's Day and landed on trying to find a reasonably priced interior decorating consultation service to help our Mom make some changes to her living space. Jody is all of that and MORE. She was kind, caring, creative and genuine. Our mom *thorougly* enjoyed working with Jody who gave her some easy and relatively inexpensive ways to refresh her space. I employed Jody's services when I had moved into a new home and was at a loss for making the new space 'mine'. She re-arranged items and educated me on filling my space with items that are meaningful, loving and memorable. She trained me on not purchasing 'stuff' just to fill a space on a wall or on a dresser but to think about utilizing items I already had or to have my artistic husband paint canvases to showcase his talent. So grateful to Jody for what she has accomplished in my home this far. She came in and using items that I already own, made my great room into a much more stylishly decorated and warm room. A couple of furniture different placements and a lot of moving of decorative items and wow, it was a major transformation! And my husband was even impressed (and it takes a lot for that to happen). Jody Pear was wonderful to work with. From the first communication with her, I knew I was going to enjoy working with her. Her design ideas for our new home were perfect. I appreciate more than I can articulate that she really took in our style, our desires for our new home, and the furniture we already owned to help lay out our design. She helped us mix in the perfect amount of color.I really enjoyed the portfolio that she put together for us. I liked that she took the time and care to arrange the pages in a binder for us. It seems like everything nowadays is electronic so it was great to have a hard-copy reference with larger pictures to really take in the design, in addition to the electronic version.About the design: I am not an “accent wall” person, but she made a great suggestion for accent walls in our great room that turned out perfectly. I knew my husband would like the idea and I thought it sounded pretty interesting so we trusted her and went with it. My husband and I both love how the colors turned out – especially these accent walls.As part of our new home’s remodel, Jody also helped us pick out the color for our kitchen cabinets. They turned out beautiful. Jody helped us with so many decisions – big and small. I don’t want to think about how differently the house could have turned out without her. Jody is a pleasure to work with! The design book she created with tips on how to arrange existing furniture, lighting, curtains, and flooring in adjoining rooms was very helpful in getting my project off the ground with a sense of direction.
