Hiring Neha and her team at SAWC Wedding planners was the best thing we did at our wedding. We got engaged in March and the wedding was planned for September so time was of the essence. We knew it was going to be a fairly large wedding covering five days and that we needed to get a good handle on our budget and to try and be smart about our spending. Initially we thought we could do it on our own but very quickly we realized that with our busy work schedules we wouldn’t have time to find all the vendors we needed nor would we have time to do all the online research. We decided to hire Neha and the complete package to handle all the details and vendors and we are so glad we did. She had a wealth of experience with all the recommended vendors. All we had to do was choose one from each handful that she recommended. Anytime we had an issue with anything, Neha took care of it. All the vendors we spoke to knew Neha right away and we knew we were on the right path. The week of wedding went absolutely flawlessly. Nothing was missed and nothing went wrong. Neha was always there for us and we never felt stressed at any point during the wedding planning or during the week of our wedding. This was the best money spent at our wedding and I would strongly recommend Neha and her team to anyone planning their wedding. You will not regret it one bit. Neha was the strong foundation that built up our fantastic wedding from the ground up to the glorious final days.

I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding planned by Neha this summer and can't say enough good things about working with her vendor to vendor! It was an extremely busy day and her organiation was exceptional, she did everything with a smile on her face, and made the day a breeze for the rest of us! I was also so impressed that she arranged a team video call between the key vendors before the wedding to make sure all our questions were answered and that we understood what elements were the most important to the couple for us to focus on throughout the day. I've never worked with a planner who did this before and it truly enabled us to create our best work on the day-of!

We went with the full planning wedding package and over the entire 1.5 year planning period, it was a pleasure working with Neha.Since we already had a venue in mind, she helped us ask them the right questions before the contract was signed, and set expectations with us on what would/would not be possible at this type of venue. She helped us find the right vendors for our day (favours, decor, stationary, etc.) and made tons of great recommendations on how to make the day flow smoothly.In the weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day, she and her team managed all the logistical aspects allowing my partner and I to be in the moment and enjoy our time with family and friends. All our guests also tremendously enjoyed the day and everything ran seamlessly.

Neha planned my wedding and reception in 2019. She made the day extra special, took care of all the details and helped bring our wedding vision to life. The wedding day was a dream and ran perfecyly smooth. The reception went on till 4am. There were no hiccups thanks to Neha and her team. Neha is a kind, and fun person who genuinely cares about her clients. She worked amazingly well with all the other wedding vendors. She made our day perfect and I would highly recommend her as a wedding planner!

Neha was my wedding planner since 2019!I am not from Toronto and when we met her and found she had several years of experience working with Toronto vendors we entrusted her with our wedding.We were supposed to get married in 2020 but because of Covid our wedding got pushed not once, but twice. Neha helped us negotiate ALL of our wedding vendor contracts each of those years. Since we had locked in majority of our vendors back in 2019, it was more challenging working with vendors because of costs and also availability because we were no longer looking for vendors available for dates we wanted, but rather working backwards from finding dates that lined up all our vendors and worked for us. Neha really handled it all very well and because of her rapport in the industry she really helped us negotiate some of our contracts with all the unknowns in the 'covid' era. This included changing our mehndi venue because the original venue just didn't work anymore. Our wedding upscaled over the years of planning but Neha handled it all well.We are based out of Seattle and due to the time difference, Neha worked great with us in our time zone and making sure she was available for us and questions and ensuring planning kept on track and making sure vendor meetings were scheduled in an efficient manner when we would plan a Toronto visit to get things done.The week of the wedding arrived and as much planning as could have been done, there was some last min things that were needed like flowers for my hair, or changing bus schedules and Neha & her team were really on top of it there. Even during the days of the wedding she ensured to check up on us to see if we had eaten and to keep things according to schedule or modify quickly and adapt if things needed to shuffle.Having Neha throughout the planning really helped us! If anyone tells you, you don't need a wedding planner, they're wrong! You do because it will save you that much stress during the days of the wedding so you can just enjoy the moments. There will always be some things a bride will worry about, but having someone else there who has planned with you will make it that much smoother :)

Neha and her team were very thorough, on the ball and their attention to the finest details impressed us very much. She would also make time to visit with us around our schedules for meetings and was quick to respond to any questions/ concerns we had. Overall, our wedding was a success and we could not have done it without her and her team! Would definitely recommend them to anyone planning on getting married!

Neha and her team fully planned my Nikkah within two months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. We hired Neha and her team at SAWC Planners to help coordinate our Mehndi & Sangeet Night, Wedding Day and Reception in the Summer of 2019. We had a fusion Hindu/Sikh ceremony on the same day followed one after the other. The Wedding day venue being Guild Inn Estate and Guild Inn Park made the setup and execution paramount.From the initial phone consultation, to the timeline meetings, to the venue visits, the big days and days following the events, Neha and her team worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done in accordance with our guidelines, timeline and wishes. They did so with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a warm smile to all our guests, family and vendors.As a couple we knew that we required a coordinator but this truly hit home during the weeks leading up to the big day as Neha was constantly on the phone with various Vendors making sure that the timelines for each day were clear, making any adjustments and providing her invaluable experience on potential or possible pitfalls during execution of the various events. For us Neha was a phone call away, no matter whether it was day or night to answer any questions and to take care of any last-minute things we overlooked. Neha and her team truly went over and beyond for us. Not only did she provide the reassurances that she had everything under control but we witnessed that first hand with her flawless execution. Our guests complimented us on how elegant and seamlessly the events flowed without any issues.Weddings are expensive, couples will certainly spend a significant amount on the venue, décor, entertainment, food, etc but will overlook the most critical part being the execution and how all of these all come together. This can only be done with the assistance of a coordinator/planner. Without a coordinator/planner you could honestly spend a significant amount without your guests noticing it or appreciating it; unless, everything flows on the big day. The only way to have that is to hire someone like Neha and her team who have more than a decade’s worth of experience. We certainly made a wise decision to hire Neha and her team and truly can’t thank them enough. They made the process less stressful for us, so that we could actually enjoy each and every event.They paid attention to the fine detail – they made a timeline for each day and stuck to it. They get it done – when it matters the most! From the very beginning before booking the venues for our wedding, to the final days of coordination of each event, Neha was responsive and consistently went above and beyond to meet and exceed what we needed in the process.
