Tree and her team are amazing. Was a little skeptical in the process but I am now a non-smoker. I can’t explain it but it works. Looking forward to a healthier future and lifestyle.

When I first came here I was in a World wind that if I was stressed about one thing…. I would be stressed about everything. and now I feel so much more calm that I can individually focus on what I need to at that moment because of the calm. And I am realizing I can make myself happy.

Tree has been a wealth of knowledge and an amazing resource in the short time I have been working with her. I can already feel a huge difference!

I started hypnosis at the Burlington Hypnosis Centre to lose 20 pounds, but after only a few months, I've ended up losing 30 pounds, getting so much healthier all around and achieving the confidence I could only dream about prior, in only a few months!!

I've been a chronic nail biter and hair plucker for 40 years and I've literally tried everything under the sun to try and stop, never with any success.After considering it for many years I finally took the dive and contacted Tree at the Burlington Hypnosis Centre.I was naturally skeptical given my past attempts at quitting and I had basically accepted that this was a problem I'll be dealing with for the rest of my life.My first consult session with Tree was welcoming, educating and eye opening.She handed me three massive binders full of hand written and signed testimonials from people with similar issues as mine, all who had seen success with Tree and her practice.Within 2 sessions I had lost the urges and cravings to stop biting and I have not bitten them since late February, it's now June.My hair plucking took more work but ultimately it stopped and I'm now able to grow facial hair without strange patches.Tree and the staff at the Burlington Hypnosis Centre are all warm, kind and attentive people who genuinely want to help - and that they did!!!!

Over the Pandemic, My personal life, family life, the lost of my dad and managing a business got me extremely overwhelmed to a point where I started loosing myself. I build the courage and reached out to Tree to see if Hypnosis was something that could've helped me. Fortunately with Tree's help I started finding ME again. Clarity of mind, focus and determination. I am in a much better place now because of Tree's help.

I am beyond grateful for the skills and tools the Burlington Hypnosis Centre has given me. I suffered from sleep problems since I was thirteen. Sleep was a constant stress in my life. After meeting with Tree, I am gaining control over my mind. I feel more confident and I have learned to see my life in a different perspective. Tree is absolutely outstanding. She consistently connects with me in each and every session. She reminds me that I am human, going through a human experience. She has taught me to laugh and find humour in aspects of my life that have caused me stress. She knows how to help you gain confidence so you can overcome your fears and worries.
