Never rent from this company. Do not pay the deposit because it does not guarantee you any priority. I had them cancel two days from move out day at the end of a month. Try booking an alternative two days before you move.

Almost 14 years ago as a new resident in Canada, Penske in Montréal (St-Laurent) rented me a truck for my starting business when their competitors did not even consider my request. I've then occasionaly rented tractor units for another 5 years at least until it made sense to buy our own.It has not always been flawless, but the company always took their responsabilities and found solutions. I am greatful for the service provided and wish ... I could rent my actual truck from Penske to reduce the hassle of IRP, IFTA, insurance...
