Terrible customer service. I was having problems with my coverage and it took forever to get a hold of them and once I did I was rudely spoken to the entire time when I was just trying to figure out why my coverage was being terminated. They didn’t even give me a straight answer and just to email them??? I already did that and got an automatic copy and paste reply. Not trying to be a Karen here but it was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
