Christmas Eve and my unit that was installed a month ago is frozen up despite mild temps. East Coast Air blamed LG for the issue and said they couldn’t do anything until LG gave them a solution. Called LG and they said the solution already existed. East Coast Air wouldn’t even send a tech to see if they could fix it in the meantime. LG gave me numbers for two companies that have the fix that already exists. Charlotte County refrigeration will be doing my warranty work from here on out. The techs that work with this company are too good for it. Such a shame.
