Lee's place

I would say it is OK. I stayed for 2 days when I was visiting Vancouver. Place is cheap but you get what you paid for. Unfortunately, unlike everybody else, the bed sheets/pillow covers were smelly & my wife couldn’t agree to sleep so I had to pull up our own bedding that we had in the car for camping. Also their fan didn’t work & room looked real cheap. Signs everywhere telling you to clean even though you have to pay cleaning service charge of somewhere around $50 (that’s what we paid). My honest opinion, I wouldn’t go back unless I got no place to stay.

Clean and excellent location, great host. A special shout out to Ms. Vivi, wonderful and fun loving and goes to great extents to make your stay pleasant and homily. Had a great stay and will definitely recommend Lee's Place and Kim's place to all who come new to Surrey, B. C. Lee's and Kim's place keep it up guys you are doing and excellent job. Love you guys.

I've been there a couple times, the 1st time I went I stayed for a month and Kim gave me an incredible deal on a long stay. The second time I stayed in the bigger amd more modern of his 2 places and enjoyed that too. It's clean, there's a lot of amenities depending on what you ask and require for. Overall it's a really great AirBB the only big issue is the price has gone from $60 a night to $300!!!! in just over a year. For an AirBB it's way way to overpriced. I would have stayed there a whole lot more if Aaron Kim didn't charge so much. I really could have used his services over the last year and ahalf but stayed at other hotels instead. It's a shame because Lee's is so welcoming, secure and comfortable but nit for the price.I hope this review helps in your decision on where to stay as it really is a great BB bit not in this economy.

Great place. All amenities included, very clean and well maintained. Host is responsive and availble to answer all your questions. Would highly recommend to fellow travellers.

I stayed there for 12 days, the place is really affordable, best for the price in market. Really nice and clean place with proper heat, full working Kitchen and other basic equipments. Property is clean and properly maintained at very good location.It was a pleasant stay for me in this expensive area.

Nice clean Room's but not in city center location.

Clean and comfortable surroundings, close to public transit, and the host was very generous with their time! I came 2hrs before the usual check in and they were still able to accommodate me at no extra charge. Would highly recommend for either a quick stay over or even more medium-term stint in Vancouver. The kitchen and designated fridge and cabinet space helps cut costs too

One of the good place to reside in British Columbia. I booked it for 6 nights and didn't find any issue. Infact it's a comfortable place and easily reachable from the Public transit. The space, location and owner is good and trustworthy. Will definitely recommend this place.
