Dustin and Cheryl are excellent to deal with from the initial meeting right through the entire project. We had a treatment plant and at-grade field installed fall of 2020 with no issues whatsoever. They are our first call for anything septic related.

Ground Effects did excellent work. Dustin did a great job communicating - both explaining the system and consulting with me regarding how I wanted things installed and set up. I feel that everyone involved took pride in the work and were legitimately concerned with making the experience (of a big excavation) as easy and painless as possible for me.

Cheryl is extremely helpful and was able to explain what they look for to determine if the septic system needs to be replaced. She also explained the difference in systems and why there are cost differences for each application. While I can not speak on the work they do, I 100% recommend this company to anyone who is needing an inspection or more information. This company should be your first call!
