Staff was welcoming, I was greeted by multiple people and asked if I had been helped. My appointment started on time, and the staff member taking my measurements expressed strong expertise of the craft. Waiting on my product, so we’ll see if it holds up to the experience!

I walked in and said hello I would like to look at getting a suit made and the first thing they said was it will take 8 - 12 weeks. Not exactly the best but end of the day it is grad season so you can expect them to be busy. The suits themselves are very nice for the price and I am sure they do a good job fitting them. I just wish I had the opportunity to talk to someone.

Customer service is great and it's hard to beat a suit that fits just right. The measurement process is a little tedious but worth it, especially if you expect to get another suit in the future. The measurements are all saved to your customer profile so when you come in for that second suit a few months or years later they do a few quick checks and you're ready to go.

Appointments were easy to get and the staff was always quick to reply with any questions I had about the process. Claire was the best! She guided me every step of the way and really made sure that everything looked good. I was dreading the process of finding a suit that fit me well for my wedding but she made this such a smooth experience! I know I will be back in the future!

The staff here are exceptional and cater to your every need. They made my first time purchasing a tailored made suit and overcoat an experience I will come back for in the near future. Awful experience; first time ever visiting an Indochino store and was rudely dealt with by the staff member sitting in the store; I hadn’t much time left to purchase a suit and was dismissed out of hand. Whereas I had already read online a tailored suit available in 7-10 business days. Went to Simons instead and found a suit for similar price with a totally different experience. Highly recommend to steer clear and find an equal suit without any attitude.

DO NOT recommend getting measured on-sight here. Pay for your local tailor to make correct measurements and recommendations. My tailor seriously laughed at their job and would have charged $250 in alterations.Suits have never fit correct due to their inability to properly measure and ‘take in’ where necessary.Good quality fabrics and selection, which makes up for poor on-sight tailors.Unless you enjoy going back and fourth to the mall, get local measurements and order online (their online staff is super helpful)!

Jacque helped me along the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make important decisions about starting my suit wardrobe. I highly recommend this place and their staff, I went in with no knowledge of suits and managed to have two amazing suits picked out in an hour. I will be going back to Indochino for my next suit selections!
